Our stay was wonderful from start to finish. The resort’s commitment to sustainability impressed us. It is thoughtfully embedded everywhere, from design to daily practices. Waking up to stunning ocean views each morning set the tone perfectly. Though my mother couldn’t join sports or snorkeling, she never felt bored. The spa was deeply relaxing, and the Marine Lab lecture felt both educational and special. What truly stood out was the staff’s kindness: Sama, Ranjit, Aiman, Lynn, Fatima, Jin. Every interaction made the trip truly special for us.

Outstanding service personnel so kind and dedicated Great food in the restaurant and for dining experience. We had the floating breakfast and romantic dinner by the beach on ad-hoc setup with food cooked for us exclusively. Fabulous! Excellent service at the diving center with Yameen who took video for us while snorkeling. Outstanding! had a Deep tissue massage at the spa, wonderful experience, location, setup, attention to details and massage technique, all was really good.

The weather in Madai is very important. The sun was shining brightly and the sea was beautiful during the few days I was there. The hotel kept making mistakes in the booking process. I was very dissatisfied. It was much better to communicate face to face after arriving on the island. The restaurant and room service were very enthusiastic. The guy who delivered the supplies at night was very cute.

Awesome resort hotel! Although the bedroom is a little small, the bathroom is semi-outdoor, and there are a lot of ants, everything else is perfect! There is a hot tub by the pool, and the spa is great! The food in the three restaurants is rich and delicious! Snorkeling is below expectations, there are not many live corals, not many fish, and the waves are a bit big. The beach is very white, fine and beautiful!

I came to Maldives once 5 years ago. The previous island was a little better than this one. In comparison, the drinks and juices in the minibar were free. There were supply stations every few steps indoors, which was very convenient. Banyan Tree is also good. The gym also has apples and drinking water.
