Management contacted the staff member involved and had her go to your room to verify the situation and apologize to you. You forgave her at that time. It's important to clarify that staff members do not rummage through suitcases or remove items from them; the hotel has strict regulations on this matter. When the cleaning lady was cleaning, you had quite a few belongings, and some were on the floor. She collected the trash but did not touch the suitcase. We explained this to you when we apologized in your room. There may have been some misunderstanding. The housekeeping manager held an emergency meeting the next day to address this issue and provided further training to staff on the cleaning procedures and requirements for extended stays. Regarding the sound insulation issue you mentioned, if any sound affects your sleep during your stay, please feel free to call the front desk and the front desk will solve it for you. At present, free earplugs are provided to guests in need, silent management of public areas is strengthened, and more effective sound insulation improvement plans are being studied, striving to create a quieter rest environment for guests under existing conditions. There is no elevator problem: because the hotel is a courtyard-style B&B apartment with 2 floors, it is limited by the small two-story building structure. The property cannot be installed with an elevator. There are warm reminders about safety when going up and down the stairs in the stairwell. The width and height of the stairs are normal, and guests can walk carefully. We sincerely hope that you will continue to choose us and supervise every one of our work.
