I'm a foreigner that can speak good Chinese. the day before arriving, I called to arrange for shuttle bus but was asked to call again when I arrived. when I arrived at the airport, I called to arrange for shuttle bus but it seems like they expect us to have WeChat to send them our photos. 

also, I couldn't find the exit 25. after asking around many times, it's actually at departure level 4 which is really weird since we're on the arrival level. so other travellers, please note that you should NOT follow airport signs for shuttle bus and instead go to departure level 4 and go to exit 25

the hotel is actually near the airport but in a really secluded area. Impossible to walk to find food nearby. we had to call a Didi(for foreigners it may pose another set of difficulties)

hotel room was clean and spacious with AI xiaodu able to perform spoken functions in mandarin. 

hotel buffet breakfast was a good spread.

Fantastic stay overall! My only minor comment would be that the front desk responses were a little slow at times. On the other hand, the cleanliness was impeccable – absolutely no issues there. The automated facilities were also super convenient. I'll definitely be returning! A small regret: I always came back too late to enjoy the welcome fruit while it was fresh, haha!

I booked this hotel on short notice while going to Hangzhou for a concert. It's very close to the subway station, West Lake Cultural Square Station, Exit E, and you can see the elevator to the hotel right there. It's also convenient for getting to the East Railway Station, making it suitable for a layover.

However, I arrived around 3 PM, and I wasn't sure if the room was ready yet; I had to wait… The platform said check-in was at 10 AM.

Overall, it was fairly clean, but the soundproofing was terrible, and the internet was practically nonexistent.

The view from the room is good, but the decoration is old, the front desk service is average, it is close to the river, the transportation is convenient, there are ground and underground parking lots. The overall cost performance is not high, it seems that the name has been changed again.

The room is big, with a small balcony, very clean, the waiter is friendly, took the initiative to move me to the 19th floor, very quiet to sleep at night, rich breakfast, the waiter is very diligent, food is replenished in a timely manner, parking is convenient, there is a bus stop at the door, it is also very convenient to eat nearby, there is an old Ningbo dry steamed dish that tastes good and is not expensive, the dry steamed spareribs and local chicken are delicious.

The hotel environment is very good, the interior is very design, the parking is very convenient, and there are many foods around. The facilities in the room are very complete, the sanitation is also very clean, the front desk Xiaoyu Miss sister service attitude is very good, and responsive. This stay experience is particularly good, will come next time!

This stay was beyond my expectation! The hotel is located in the downtown business district, a 5-minute walk from the subway station, and surrounded by delicious food. The room design is modern and artistic, with 180° panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the city night view. The mattress is moderately soft and hard, and you can sleep well all night. I especially praised the service details - the front desk quickly checked in and actively upgraded the room type; the guest room provides a handwritten weather reminder card every day, which is very considerate. The breakfast buffet is rich in variety, and the freshly cooked seafood porridge is fresh and warm. The infinity pool on the top floor has clear water, and swimming at dusk feels like being in the sky. When you leave the hotel, you will receive a special gift. The home-like experience is unforgettable. It is highly recommended for business travelers and vacationers!

酒店的交通很方便，坐地鐵9號線1站到六裏橋東下車，D出口出站，往前走50米就到酒店了。房間雖然有點小，但衞生也挺乾淨，暖氣十足，前台服務人員也十分熱情，最重要的是經濟實惠。下次去北京的首選！

• Service: From check-in at the front desk to room service, everything is impeccable. The staff greeted us with a smile throughout the whole process, took the initiative to help with luggage and introduce facilities. Even the children received cute welcome gifts. Details-oriented people are ecstatic!

• Environment: The high-ceiling design of the lobby with crystal lamps is super stylish, the corridor is filled with a faint fragrance, the floor-to-ceiling windows in the room are excellently lit, and the night view of the city is super healing. The bathroom is separated into dry and wet areas and has advanced supplies.

• Facilities: The 24-hour gym has new and complete equipment, and the local soup noodles and freshly ground coffee for breakfast are amazing.

• Location: 5 minutes walk from the subway entrance, with shopping malls and restaurants nearby, which is convenient for business trips or shopping.

• Summary: A treasure hotel with both hardware and software online, comfortable and worry-free, I have recommended it to my friends around me, and I will stay here next time!
