Wonderful hotel with nice location and good service. There's Lawson at 1F so u don't need to worry about food when u back from Disney.

Close to Disneyland/ Disneysea and they have shuttle to Disney and station. Very convenient location. Easy to send luggage too. Room is clean and very comfortable for family.

Tokyo Bay Hotel was clean, comfortable, and ideally located for visiting Tokyo Disneyland and DisneySea. The amenities were enjoyable, and the breakfast spread was lovely. The welcoming environment, along with the convenience of an on-site Lawson and a Disney store, made the stay even more enjoyable. A great choice for Disney travelers.

Cleanliness: toilet has a pungent smell and we regretted not asking to change room because we checked in late at night and too tired to ask. It did not got better after room service. Location: it was right opposite the train station but there is still free shuttle bus to send you there. Good for wet weather or when you have luggage. Was baited by other reviews that there is shuttle bus to Disneyland but there isn’t. Only free bus to nearest station and Baiharma station. You need to pay the train ticket to take resort line to Disneyland and Disneysea. The park view isn’t ideal because you can’t really see Disneyland. Just the view of neighbouring hotels and a little bit of the parks. I believe ocean view is better. Breakfast was decent, you can get original or chocolate pudding. All staff are friendly and nice. There is ice and cold water dispenser on every floor but no hot water. You can boil on your own in the room. The room is very spacious.

The hotel staff were a key stand out. Particularly the porters and Mr.Ishizaki. They were extremely accommodating and attentive. We also got a room with an amazing view.

It was very near the Disney Resort and cleanliness is of standard. However the pay laundry service dryer was so awful. It does not work well meaning, you pay for 300 yen for 1 spin yet clothes are not drying. Took us 45-1 hr just to have 1 batch dried up. Time consuming and filter is a mess so dust is all over the laundry area.

Its too expensive. Please be careful in booking this hotel because pool, parking etc are of expensive charge. You basically only pay the room when you book on this hotel. You will have extra charges when you use their facilities like the pool and parking :(

Pros: Longest shuttle bus timings. Good buffet spread. Super huge bedroom with Mount Fuji view. Had 2 big adult beds and 2 small kids bed all done up for us. Laundromat, Lawson & gift shop all in the hotel made it super convenient. Everyday our room was made up very nicely and items left on the table were untouched. Staff was honest and friendly. Hilton guest members will get free dessert during the breakfast buffet. Not the most convenient hotel to Disneyland but still bearable. Cons: Worst Crabtree & Evelyn shower soap and shampoo ever. After using it, gave us a bad rash. Had to use my own shampoo and bath soap instead. At peak hour timing when returning from Disneyland, the bus took very very long to arrive after many other hotel buses had arrived a few rounds.

Hotel was decent and had shuttle buses to Maihama station and Disney resort line which was very convenient. There are airport limousines to bother Narita and Haneda airport as well. However, breakfast queue was quite long so would recommend going earlier to queue.

Though it's a bit far from the city center, it's close to Disneyland. Great value for money, spacious, with a sea view and very comfortable.

Room was huge, with ample space to open up our luggages. Close proximity to Disneyland/Disneysea, most convenient if you need to go there early to queue. There is also Lawson within the hotel.

Rooms were clean and comfortable. LO enjoyed the bunk bed and mini interactive encounter (lit-up pretend key hole and mirror) in the room. Staffs were all very professional and hospitable. Breakfast experience would be better if the items were not repetitive. Arrived at the hotel using the airport shuttle straight to the hotel. It's a short walking distance to bayside station for the monorail to Disneyland and Disneysea if u missed the shuttle bus. There is shuttle bus straight to Maihama station for the JR trains too. It saves the hassle of having to switch from disney monorail to city train with luggage in tow. Didnt manage to use the amenities. Outdoor pool was close for the season, indoor pool charges a fee for use for non club members.

Fantastic atmosphere,convenient to go Disneyland .

near airport and 5 min walk around from the station clean and tidy room not much space but good to stay
