If you’re looking for an affordable hotel in the Disneyland Tokyo area, with 3 morning and evening shuttle bus service to the nearby train and bus station and then Disneyland and Disney sea, this is the hotel.
The hotel is room was reasonable and compact but spotless, with two comfortable twin beds, AC ,curtains, and a sleek ensuite bathroom (hot shower + good water pressure).The basics like a TV, free Wi-Fi, and a small desk were provided.
While amenities are limited, they cover the essentials: front desk support, luggage storage, and free amenities refills at the front desk.
The staff were friendly and efficient. They offered quick check-in/out. The hotel is a bit secluded from places to eat, so you may want to get the hotel buffet breakfast before leaving for the day. Alternatively, you can go to the mall at the train/bus station for more options.

位置不近Jr,附近都是住宅區,所以沒便利店。但大堂有自助小賣部,價錢方面我沒留意是不是比外面的貴。
房比想像中大一點，雖然相對設施不算新，但整體都安靜，設備齊全。
清潔姐姐幫我們放好它們（姐姐們好可愛(˶‾᷄ ⁻̫ ‾᷅˵)）
如果你的行程是迪士尼，這酒店也是不錯的選擇，由迪士尼乘搭的士，大概2200yen，不算太貴，酒店也提供免費接駁巴士，但我們沒乘搭。

The building itself was clean and I had a comfortable stay.
Unfortunately, there is no connection between the parking lot and the hotel itself.
I called the hotel before going and told them I would be driving. When I answered the question about the type of car, they said that the size of my car was fine, and that a parking attendant would be there to guide me when I arrived.
When I arrived, the parking attendant told me that I couldn't park without a reservation, and that it was full today.
When I contacted the hotel, they didn't say that it was full, and I was disappointed that they didn't tell me to make a reservation in advance, even though I called.
The parking attendant had no choice but to make a space for staff, so I was glad I could park there, but I wish they would make it clear that advance reservations are required when using the parking lot, and that they would connect with the parking lot.

It was too far to walk from the nearest station so we took a taxi. We had children so walking would have been impossible. The room was spacious and nice.

This was my first time staying here.
We stayed here because we were planning to go to Disney.
We stayed with my wife and first grade daughter, but there were no pajamas for children and only two cups. When we asked the front desk, they said they didn't have any. The person who dealt with us was a foreigner, so we asked the front desk again, but they said they only provide two sets, so there were no cups! It's really disappointing because we paid the child's rate. I was surprised because I've never been treated like this at other hotels.
The inside of the cups in the room were dirty, so it's better to check them before using them.
I was relieved to hear that there was a free bus to Disney in the morning, but there was only one at 7:00, 8:30, and 9:30! It was first come, first served, and if you couldn't get on, it would take 20 to 30 minutes to walk to Shin-Urayasu Station. I wish they would provide more buses.
