The room was spacious and impeccably clean. The welcome wreath at the entrance added a lovely, ceremonial touch. The front desk staff were exceptionally warm and attentive. Stepping into the room and seeing the beautiful, distant view of Tokyo Bay instantly lifted my spirits. For added convenience, a shuttle service is available during morning and evening peak hours to Disneyland, DisneySea, and Shin-Urayasu Station. While Shin-Urayasu Station is about a 1.3 km walk from the hotel, it's also just a two-stop bus ride away.

The environment is great, and it's reasonably priced. They offer a Disneyland shuttle service. On the ground floor, there's also a self-service shop where you can grab instant noodles, pastries, sausages, drinks, and more if you get hungry. It covers all your basic needs.

It's a great and comfy stay for 3 nights. However , I did not expect there are certain timings to shuttle bus picking guests from the Shin-Urayasu station and its a good 15 to 17 mins walk from there. We pushed our luggage fr station to hotel. Malls are near the station as well. We nd to walk 4mins out to nearby convenience store. Overall, hotel staff are friendly and helped in every aspects. They also provided quality toiletries eg DHC skincare products and making all guests comfortable by providing heatpacks and miso soup at the hotel entrance. Will recommend to stay due to the comfort of the hotel but not the distance.

Friendly staff. Location is a little further away from the busy areas, but that's what makes it quiet. There are actually shuttle buses from the nearest train station and to Disneyland. The area feels cooler than the inner areas of Toyko in summer.

We had a comfortable stay. We loved the bath tub. Only problem is there was a ceiling box that took up space of the upper part of the bunk bed.
