Excellent location in between of cafes / restaurants/ direct opposite to the Munster and short working distance to the river Danube.
We found the typical functional Motel One standard with a nice bar + rooftop.
All was clean with very supporting staff members.

Perfekte Lage! Die Zimmer sind nicht groß, aber ausreichend, im typischen Motel One Stil. Die Bar ist sensationell, die Preise erwartbar hoch. Das Frühstück lohnt sich für den Preis nicht. Alles, was angeboten wurde, ist von guter Qualität. Jedoch gibt es nichts Besonderes, wie z. B. Omelett oder Spiegeleier, nur ein Standardrepertoir (Cerealien, Brotauswahl, begrenzte Auswahl an Wurst und Käse, Obst, Joghurt). Parken muss man im Parkhaus, das am Rathaus ist aber nah, gut und mit 20 Euro Tagessatz erschwinglich.

We stayed last Saturday and Sunday in Ulm and thanks to our wonderful stay at Motel One we really enjoyed it. The staff were amazing. The young man on reception was so helpful and went out of his way to get me some ice cubes when the bar was closed. The air con wasn’t powerful enough but it was so hot we could understand that. Our room overlooked the market square - great for people watching- and the magnificent cathedral. The bar on the top floor is really nice. It was very busy on Saturday night and they could have done with more people working there. Lovely drinks and very reasonably priced. Thanks Motel One staff for a fantastic stay!

Perfekte Lage mittendrin,die Bar ganz oben hat Blick direkt auf das Münster und ist morgens auch der Frühstücksraum.Bisschen ungeschickt sind die Bar Tischchen zum frühstücken weil sehr klein aber machbar.wir kommen gerne wieder!😉🥳

Muito bom, exceto café da manhã.
Hotel muito confortável, cama boa, boa roupa de cama, banheiro excelente e com excelente localização em frente a belíssima catedral. O hotel ainda tem um espaço no terraço muito agradável no qual é possível ver a catedral e funciona o bar do hotel e o café da manhã. Minha única crítica foi o café da manhã, pouquíssimas opções principalmente em comparação com hoteis da mesma categoria ou até um pouco abaixo na Europa, bem fraco, não valeu a pena e não faz jus ao padrão e a qualidade do hotel, ficaria novamente sem o café.

Genialer Standort. Zimmer klein, aber guter Motel One Standard. Die Rooftop-Bar ist cool aber am Abend muss man Geduld haben 😉. Frühstück ist wie in allen Motel Ones. Solide, aber durch die Aussicht schmeckt's noch besser. Bei meinem Aufenthalt war das Personal sehr freundlich.
