It was a pleasant stay. The staff were helpful and attentive to details. Room was clean and had what we needed. Location was great as well. It was a beautiful art gallery hotel. They were accomodating as well by letting us have our breakfast at 7am instead of 7.30am as we needed to leave at 7.30am.

We had a great experience at this hotel. The room was spacious and clean. The bed was big and very comfortable, we really had a good rest. The room has everything you need, such as hangers, place to store your belongings, a fridge and complementary water and tea. We used their laundry service and our clothes were clean and soft. The service is amazing, they helped us book a taxi to go to the airpor, answered all our questions and always tried to help us. The location is convenient, you can easily reach by walk the main tourists' spots and restaurants. Very tasty breakfast, although it's not a huge buffet, I found that there was still quite few options and have healthy options, even for people like us who do not usually have savory breakfast. I loved their overnight porridge and muffins. If I ever come back to UB I will stay again at this hotel.

Friendly welcome. Ulaanbaatar is a horror when it comes to traffic and getting here from airport took three hours! No fault of the hotel—which was clean, central and gave a warm welcome. There is no elevator but only two floors. Room was spacious and clean—nothing fancy but obviously newly renovated. Bed was very comfortable. Had a nice little balcony. Breakfast was rather simple and basic. Very near Shangrila Mall. Overall a good choice for the price.

Lovely and great first impression of hotel. Location was great and the room was clean, spacious and comfortable. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Breakfast could’ve been better with more selection.It was my first time in Mongolia and I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

Everything else about this hotel is good except for the poor service. I guess it's Mongolian culture, we may not understand it. And I had already paid on Ctrip, but they asked me to pay again. I don't know what the process is.

This is a small to medium-sized art hotel with three floors. Each room has a small balcony. There are art works in the corridors and restaurants. The rooms are small and compact. Although there is no elevator, the waiter can help with the luggage. It is very close to Shangri-La Mall, which is perfect for eating and shopping. The hotel also has a Japanese sushi restaurant. There are not many breakfast options, but the nutrition is relatively comprehensive.

The service was good, and although it was a little inconvenient that there was no elevator, the staff helped me move my luggage with ease. The breakfast was especially delicious.

Finding a hotel in Ulaanbaatar is a painful thing. The price of hotels in this city is generally very expensive. And they are all very old. A domestic mid-range chain hotel costs 600+ in Ulaanbaatar. So it’s not that this hotel has any cost-effectiveness, but after a round of selection, I found that only this hotel can meet my taste. At least the environment is acceptable, although it is not cheap. Overall, it is a good hotel among the hotels I stayed in this time. It is close to the Shangri-La shopping area, about 8-10 minutes walk. Meals and other things can be solved.
