The cleaning condition is disappointing. The road is blocked. The same breakfast every day. The heating is too hot and the shower water is leaking. But still, I got a good rest at a low price. I have complaints about the refrigerator. It doesn't cool at all.

Stayed for three days, and the room was indeed not cleaned by anyone.

How should I put it? I feel that this hotel is a dormitory for a few Mongolians hired by Chinese people. Only the manager is fluent in English and well-educated. It is difficult to communicate with other people in English. You must find a Mongolian tour guide who is proficient in Mongolian to come to this country. They don’t have many facilities that are standard hotels in China. I don’t know why Ctrip gave it four stars and even pushed it to the homepage. The most important thing is whether there is Internet in every room. I almost don’t have Internet. Communicating with the manager was fruitless. In the end, I filed a customer complaint and Ctrip paid compensation out of its own pocket. Then there was no daily cleaning. It was an average experience.
