Really Disappointing Communication, But Decent Hostel Overall
I contacted the hotel through Trip.com a week before my arrival but they never responded. I also sent two direct emails with no reply, and when I tried calling, the number didn’t work, not even when a Mongolian with a local SIM card tried. They claim to offer a shuttle service, but my request was ignored, then rejected bia trip.com, and I had to arrange my own transport. Only ONE HOUR BEFORE my flight departed did they finally message me saying they could arrange it, which was far too late to be useful. Also they couldn't be trusted at all. Communication and customer service were extremely extremely poor. Wondering if they ignore requests on purpose and they just cant be bothered replying to emails and messages?
My check-in was quite late, around 1:00 am, and since their website says check-in is only until midnight, I just wanted confirmation it was okay, but they ignored all my messages.
That said, the hostel itself is decent. The capsule beds are comfortable, even though my USB charger did not work. The showers are ok, and breakfast was ok too. Special thanks to the morning reception ladies who were kind and helped me get a Unitel SIM card.
To be noted that it is not even allowed to drink alcohol in the lobby, not even to quietly have a beer with someone else. I understand it is not a party hostel, but this rule feels a bit exaggerated.
Left after 1 night and went somewhere else where they offered a much better service

Really great for hostel dwellers! One staff member was super helpful and just simply an amazing person who helped me get anything I needed. And the other wasn’t too great at anything at all. Quite cold and not very helpful. The place serves its purpose for a country where hostels are not popular.

입국 후 다음 숙소 일정과 약간의 텀이 생겨, 정보 확인 겸 들른 숙소
일정 상의 이유인지, 한국인은 보이지 않았고, 일본인 3명, 다른 국적의 외국인 몇명이 있는 것은 확인
우측에 CU , 좌측에 GS25 , 건너편 한국마켓&음식점 이 있어 접근성 자체는 나쁘지 않음
엘레베이터로 5층 이동 후, 1층 올라가야 함
입구 우측에서 실내화로 갈아신고 입장해야하는데,
이건 안내가 필요해 보임
입구 좌측에 사우나&샤워시설이 있다걸 나중에 알게 알았음
조식은 제공하나, 현지 입맛에 맞춰져서, 살짝 당황했음
리셉션 직원이 영어, 일어는 잘 하시나 한국어는 다소 아쉬움
단기 숙소로써는 괜찮으나, 여행 일정 풀로 있기엔 조금 아쉬움
일본인 여행객들과 교류가 있으면 좋겠다면 추천해 볼만 한듯
흡연은 1층까지 내려가야 하는 불편함이 존재하며, 1층이 은행이라는 점은 매우 편했음

I stayed twice here during my time in Monglia.
Check in was super easy.
Staff makes daily diffrent breakfast.
They store luggages if needed when you go on an overnight trip or explore the city after you check out.
They have an amazing Gameroom with one of the most beautiful chest boards ive come across.
Would defently stay again.
