Nice rooms good city view sunlight nice staffs very friendly & helpful location is great near too much restaurants and bars 24hours shops

I usually hold off before posting these things but I'm hot and irritable so here it is and you can sort through it if you want to know details. The air conditioner was broken in my room and he seemed to be saying that in all the rooms they were broken in some way. Either blowing air but it wasn't cold or cold but hardly blowing and besides he couldn't change my room. So while I'm doing the review, you can't get hot water in the shower. It gets briefly almost there and then cools. So no way to take a long shower or a hot bath. There is a lamp but it's unplugged. Because there is only two outlets next to each other in one place. When I unplugged The TV etc and plugged in the cute lamp it turned out the lamp flashes briefly and then doesn't work. The bulb? Oh, and then Wi-Fi stopped working and said it was start again when network quality improved. And someone had made noodles in the hot pot and it was partially scrubbed but not completely so my tea (not provided) tasted faintly of chicken soup. Other than Wi-Fi, hot water (drinking and bath) and air conditioning it was quaint and nice. Bathrobes and monogram towels. A down duvet in down pillows. In the mattress you can kind of feel the springs but they seem to have the same mattress everywhere from the hotels down to hostels so I don't know that good ones are available. And everything was clean including the carpet but did smell a little of smoke. So it's kind of like a four-star hotel and in some ways the same as a cheap guest house. And inexpensive by American standards. So even though it costs double or more then the guest houses it still cost less than a Motel 6. The best thing is you can walk to the Palace of the Dohg Khan, restaurants, grocery stores, etc and it is a place where, as my cab driver "people in Ulaabatar live, not a tourist place". And easy to get to because you don't have to fully enter city traffic. And I had a lively view of the real life going on from my seventh story window.

Thank you for everthing. I lost my important belongings, but the staff tried to find them together. He called the taxi driver to find them instead of me because I had only my countries' phone number. On the last day, I tried to give him a tip, but he didn't take it because he knew there are no customes of tipping in my country. I was very moved by his all behavior. Meeting him made me think that I wanna go back to Mongolia again. I will absolutely stay at the same hotel when I go back to Mongolia. Thank you!!

Hotel location, staff etc are okay for this price. I didn’t feel safe because of the space under the door. You can hear anything/ anytime. No door chain. Pillow cover was damaged. I booked non smoking room however there was an ashtray on the table with ash left…

Not a bad hotel. It's seen life and not in perfect condition. Breakfast to choose from, good portions, cooked right away. No buffet. I liked the breakfast. Strange: they hung a sign in the morning "Cleaning needed", they didn't clean, and we were already running out of shower gel, and they were supposed to give us water every day, but for some reason there was no cleaning all day. We asked at the reception and an hour later we found shower gel, shampoo and bottles of water in the room. There are few parking spaces, it's not a fact that you will be able to park.

The rooms were not well-cleaned, the tables were a little broken, and I don't know when the body soap amenities were available, but it was generally comfortable. There were occasional bugs in the bathroom, but they were manageable. I wish they had changed the towels when they came to clean. The TV turned on with the control panel on the wall, then turned it on by pressing the main power button directly. The remote control didn't respond unless it was very close to the CATV equipment. Also, the room was quite dry, so it would be a good idea to have a humidifier. Because it is far from the city center, you need to take a taxi or bus to get around (it's about 4km away, and walking was quite difficult because it was winter), but there are several bus stops, two large Nomin and eMart stores nearby, and plenty of convenience stores and restaurants, so it's surprisingly convenient. The staff can speak English, but they may need to use a translator. They made an effort to meet our requests, so I think the service was not bad. It was a last-minute check-out, so it was my fault, but I was disappointed that they couldn't accommodate my request for an early check-out.

The room is clean and spacious. It is suitable for business travelers to Ulaanbaatar. The front desk service is good. Not only does it wake you up in the morning, but it also helps to call a taxi and prepare breakfast. It is a direct praise without any hesitation.

The location is good and it is clean. The reception staff was especially friendly. I had to go to the airport early in the morning, so I couldn't eat breakfast. I didn't get a breakfast ticket, so they packed a sandwich for me at 4 am. I was so grateful. I will come back here next time.

The front desk arranged a suite on the day of check-in. It was spacious and comfortable, and I was very satisfied. The hotel facilities are old, but clean. There are various dining places nearby, a beer house opposite, and a department store at the intersection, which is very convenient. However, the hotel is a little far from the city center, so you need to prepare enough time to prevent traffic jams on the way. The service is basically in place, and all requests are handled and resolved in a timely manner.

There are flies in the room I killed about 10 Friday and Saturday were so noisy that I couldn't sleep without earplugs. I drank beer from the minibar in the refrigerator in the room. Please call a taxi for me to return home. I checked to see if the payment was okay before I left. I was asked to pay while I was in the taxi. I was worried about going back to the hotel because I had a flight time...

The room is dirty, smelly, and the whole environment is average!
