Was good conditiom I like it

I stayed here while touring a winery. Thank you to all the staff at the front desk and in the dining area for your wonderful hospitality!! Even when we were slow and sluggish, you didn't rush us and we had a comfortable stay right up until check-out. I'd definitely stay here again if I have the opportunity!

The location is perfect for sightseeing in Ueda City via the Shinkansen. I had sushi in Toyama the night before and checked in just after 8pm. There was a welcome drink (until 10pm) in the lobby, so I had some coffee, and then relaxed in the large public bath to warm myself up. There was tea and coffee in the room, but it would have been nice to have coffee. The breakfast buffet was the kind of hospitality you would expect from Shinshu, with sauteed mushrooms, oyaki, soba noodles, pickled Nozawana, chicken meatballs, and wasabi tsukudani, all of which were delicious.

Very clean and friendly. Breakfast is adequate and most of all, the interior of the hotel is very clean.

It was quiet and clean. The hotel also handled my requests well, and the hotel restaurant takeout service was really useful in a busy situation. The amenities were better than expected, and the dryer worked well. I would visit again.

It's great to have a large public bath👍 The station is close and it's easy to get to the downtown area. I had a drink at a fried chicken restaurant at the station✨

The hotel facilities are good, the rooms are big enough, the public bath is good, will change next time I come

The facilities and services are good for 400+. Overall, I am satisfied and would recommend it to friends with limited budget. (Children pay an additional 2,000 yen per night). Check out at 10 am, which is a bit early

I had a very comfortable stay. I left something behind, but... They delivered it to my home and I paid for it, and the service and hospitality was very good. I will definitely use them again if I stay in Ueda again. Sorry for the lack of photos 🙏 Thank you very much 😊

It was a great location. I recommend taking a walk around Ueda Castle in the morning. It was autumn leaves season so it was very beautiful.

The breakfast buffet was varied and delicious.

This hotel is near Ueda Station and has good transportation access. We went outside because there was an izakaya we wanted to go to, but there is also an izakaya on the first floor. Apparently they will give you a free beer voucher if you tell the front desk. There is a large public bath, an open-air bath, and a sauna. Most hotels have short sauna hours, but this hotel allows you to use the sauna until 2am. I went in after 1am. This is the view from the 6th floor.

The front desk staff are not very friendly.

We went with a group and all stayed in private rooms comfortably. The bathroom was really nice. It was really nice to rest and it wasn't crowded when moving around.
