Everything is comfortable

Great value for money deal! Superb hotel! Food options are rich and very tasty!

3rd time stay. All good. They upgraded my room, but I didn't find any difference with anything. The same number of amenities, which was for one person (my previous feedback). Also, the toilet stinks, and the sound from the vent or sth is heavy at night. Room 227. I will still return to this hotel, as it is safe, easy location, overall cleanliness is good and value for money!

5⭐️for the service as I had the pleasure of interacting with Ms. Beena at the front desk, and I must say, she truly went above and beyond to ensure my stay was nothing short of outstanding. From the moment I approached her she greeted me with a warm smile and a friendly demeanor that immediately made me feel welcome. She is attentive, efficient, and knowledgeable, answering all my questions and addressing my every need with professionalism and poise. What truly impressed me, was her willingness to go the extra mile to ensure my comfort and satisfaction. She took the time to listen to my requests, offered personalized recommendations, and even followed up with me to ensure that everything was to my liking. Ms. Beena is a true asset to your team, and her exceptional service has left a lasting impression on me. She embody the perfect blend of professionalism, kindness, and hospitality, and I feel grateful to have had the opportunity to interact with her. For cleanliness i rated it 4 coz maybe the housekeeping missed to change cover for 1 pillow, there are 4 pillows in the room however theres 1 that smells used and have a little stain on it already. Aside from it generally the hotel is clean and tidy. Location: No nearby/walking distance shops, stores, restaurants or mall. Amenities: all standards are available

Good new quite hotel..but location .nothing near ..inly shell petrol station..oman mall around 10 mnts by car.. airport 20 mnts by car...

It was an good hotel the location close to the airport

The hotel is nice and the staff are very friendly, this is my fourth time at this hotel. However do not take the rooms looking at the cafe, because the music is so high and you can hear it all night you will not a good night sleep. They should have installed double glass to block loud sounds. Overall all it was joyful stay for two nights.

Very nice hotel with excellent facility ,but the dinner and wine price so much higher due to the location is far from the city center area . Conclusion , excellent hotel!

Aloft hotel never disappoint, was an amazing stay with my family, the pool is perfect ...service is great ...and the interior is an explosion of colors, would definitely go back.

New hotel in quiet place, if you don’t have car it’s difficult to move because nothing near, 11km to airport approximately cost 2RO by OTAXI

the hotel is very new and the room is modern. the breakfast and lunch are all tasty and provide various choices. the staff are all very friendly and proactive. i will definitely recomnmend it.

Super trendy modern artistic hotel. Pool on roof is great! Location is kind of far from things, however centrally located to the airport.
