Older hotel, rooms are not updated but clean, and the location is the best part of this facility, coupled with a plethora of food options within 1 1-mile radius. Right adjacent to a metro station. Construction taking place across the street, so expect noise only during day hours through 4 pm. Parking is plenty. Supportive staff. Did not try their breakfast. Pool had a lifeguard ( during summer), though I did not use it.

As a budget hotel, it's good

It's very close to Spring Hill subway station, making travel convenient. Walmart is also a few hundred meters away. The price is cheap and breakfast is included. I felt it was a good deal staying for two nights.

The location is OK, just a few minutes' walk from the Washington Spring Hill subway station. If you don't care about the star rating, it's still OK. It comes with breakfast, a simple American-style convenience. It was like a motel in the US. We chose to stay for one night because it was close to the school we were going to. The staff was also very helpful. We arrived at an early flight and were allowed to check in before the check-in time, and they also allowed us to have breakfast.

The environment is very general, a motel, not three stars. The price/performance ratio is not high.
