This is my third time staying in here, room is clean and perfect location for everything, just a minute away from MTR subway and the bus station is in front of the hotel.

The staff are very nice and helpful. Unfortunatly,  there’s only 3 floors have laundry & pantry room, a number of washers & drying machines are out of order. It takes time to wait for washing and drying clothes. Room is too cold even the air conditioners has been turned off.

Pros: good location, very near bus and mtr. Lots of restaurants, and room is clean, and free laundry is great. Cons: a bit old, furniture and carpet smells, no soap no shampoo.

Stayed in synloc hotel many times for 1-3 months each time. Thanks!

Small but good location. Hotel is old and water leaked. The toilet doesn’t drain well

Convenient location , close to transport and Kowloon park , restaurants and shops. Workers are nice. So good to have free washing facilities and a share kitchen !

this is my first time and last time living here, horrible. The internet is poor, disconnecting all the time, the room is totally different from the photos not as described, super small and the bathroom is smelly. The hot water supply of the bathroom is super poor and weak, the only good thing is the hotel location is convenience, next to the MTR station and many dining option surrounded.

Hotel Service: Staff at the 24-hour desk to help open and close doors, excellent service. I also have a key card to enter and leave the hotel freely. Extremely convenient. Exit C of Jordan MTR Station. There is a lot of food around. Facilities: Free washing and dryer provided, very economical ♡ Must bring your own cleaning detergent. There is a communal kitchen provided, prepare your own cutlery. Cleaning: Large trash cans are placed on each floor in the back stairs, you can throw away your own garbage, because you have to stay for a full month, poor cleaning, a month can be cleaned and replaced with bed sheets. . . I think this is very dirty. . . Basically to stay within a month, every seven days there will be a cleaning staff according to your required time to the room for vacuuming, a small amount of cleaning and washing the toilet action.

First of all, I think the room is very clean and the transportation is convenient. There are subways and buses, so it doesn’t matter if I have a cold. The staff is friendly and polite. I will recommend it to my new friends😊
