The room was clean and tidy. There is a little bit of noise coming from the main road in front of the hotel. Good value for money

The room was quite clean and close to the train station, which was convenient for catching the train the next day. But we were still assigned the last room at the end. I always seem to be assigned the last room when I stay in hotels in Europe using Ctrip. I don’t know why…

It's great. It's right next to Torino Porta Nuova train station and has convenient transportation. Be careful when traveling at night in this area.

It's so convenient, the hotel is right next to the train station. There is a Michelin restaurant nearby, with a retro menu and two set menus, each priced at €35/person, which is both delicious and cost-effective.

The hotel seems to be run by Chinese, and the Chinese guy at the front desk has a super good service attitude! Because parking in front of the hotel requires an overnight fee, he told me where to park nearby to save money. The hotel looks old from the outside but has been renovated very well inside! The bathroom is very new and the towels are very clean! All in all, the price and experience in the center of Turin can be said to be great.

A lovely simple family hotel very close to the train station. The rooms were a decent size. The beds were comfortable. The bathrooms were simple but with good shower pressure, and with decent toiletries. The place was very clean. The location is terrific - such an easy stroll from the main train station. And the airport shuttle bus starts from a nearby stop, so you know that you'll definitely get a seat. There are also lots of cafes nearby if you want a more substantial breakfast. And with the 11am checkout - plenty of time to come back and freshen up. We left our bags in the space beside reception for the day before departing late afternoon. The staff were all very friendly - especially the evening receptionist who gave us a map and explained where to go, and which area to avoid! Would happily return if the price was right.

Make no bones about it a good price, comfortable mattress, acceptable en-suite shower, alright breakfast if required, on the Via Nizza that runs parallel with Porta Nuova Station, central for everywhere in the city.

Welcoming structure and in an excellent position very close to the Porta Nuova station. We met Jacopo, a very kind and friendly receptionist who fulfilled our every wish and gave us the right information about the city and more. Thank you

Hotel a stone's throw from the central station of Turin Porta Nuova (from where you can take Bus, Tram, Metro) and a 15-minute walk from Piazza Castello, easily reachable because the road is all straight. The reception staff was super polite and helpful and the room (we had a triple) was spacious and clean. We will definitely consider this Hotel on a possible next visit to Turin.

More than a 3-star hotel, I would speak of a 1-star guesthouse. Small and not very clean room, renovated bathroom but lacking the main comforts, breakfast with frozen products. Area close to the station but very poorly frequented. Coming back is scary, because right outside the hotel there are not very recommendable people. Very high price for the service offered.

Hotel prenotato per una notte a Torino per questioni personali e lavorative. Aspetti positivi: vicinissimo alla stazione; stanze pulite e confortevoli per un 3*; staff gentilissimo e disponibile h24. Aspetti negativi: la zona vicina alla stazione non è sicuramente la più "felice", specialmente se si viaggia da sol*; la colazione è veramente molto standard (sconsiglio pagare il sovrapprezzo per farla); insonorizzazione. Su questo ultimo punto vorrei specificare che non è certo responsabilità dell'hotel ma nella notte in cui abbiamo pernottato c'era una scolaresca in struttura. Da una stanza all'altra si sentiva tutto a menadito, devo dire che dormire è stato quasi impossibile. Comunque sia è una buona opzione per chi è di passaggio per Torino e vuole dormire in un posto decente a prezzi congrui.

Hotel recentemente ristrutturato comodo al centro ed alla stazione. Camere pulite ed accoglienti. Ideale per brevi soggiorni visita città o lavoro. Zona vicino alla stazione con frequentazioni da attenzionare. Qualità/prezzo 🔝 Servizio premuroso ed accogliente

Abbiamo soggiornato per due notti ( dal 31/12/23 al 02/01/24) : hotel pulito , proprietari gentilissimi ed accoglienti, colazione discreta. Nonostante l ubicazione, che di primo impatto potrebbe preoccupare soprattutto se si hanno bambini piccoli, abbiamo trascorso due notti serene. La posizione strategica vicino alla stazione Porta Nuova permette di raggiungere a piedi il centro e tutti i luoghi di interesse di Torino. Rapporto qualità prezzo più che soddisfacente
