Good hotel

If I go back to Turin, I will go back to this hotel. It is located in the old town, which is good for sightseeing, and the hotel was clean and comfortable. There was an issue with the recharge when I checked out, but it was resolved quickly.

Poor cleaning, limescale everywhere in the bathroom and some mold in the grout; the shower leaks (the door doesn't close properly). You can hear everything from the courtyard/breakfast room and the hallway on the first floor. Staff were friendly at reception, but not at all when checking out. I'm actually used to a better standard and service from NH Collection...

I liked the hotel very much. Clean and particular in the architecture. The staff is very kind and I really liked the internal restaurant (bistro of a more famous starred one). I will definitely be back.

Excellent location in the historic center of Turin. We were able to visit absolutely everything on foot. Lots of restaurants, bars, cafes, Gellateria near the hotel. Paid underground and protected parking under the hotel. Modern, clean hotel. Very professional and friendly staff. Consistent and complete buffet breakfast. We will return to this hotel without any hesitation.

Nothing to say about the location or quality of the room, I had some problems with the elevator and the electronic room key, but I understand that technical problems can happen. For the rest, definitely a good hotel.

第一次都靈出差入住，整體感覺這家酒店位置特別方便，是市中心位置，周邊都是景點可以步行前往，周邊特色意式餐館挺多，很方便。早餐品類也豐富，都是意大利經典美食。 整體上適合商務和攜家旅遊入住。
