I do not recommend it. When I checked in at around 4pm, I had to wait a long time because the receptionist left his seat. In addition, the information about the Tulum transportation he gave me was all wrong. The hotel staff was not helpful at all. Overall, it looks like a modern facility, but there is no elevator, so you have to carry your luggage up the stairs. The towels were very old and worn. I couldn't sleep because of the noise from the bathroom in the next room and the outside traffic, so I ended up using earplugs. The cleaning was clean.

The hotel has great infrastructure and stable hot water. The service is in place, the waiter speaks English and is very enthusiastic. You can also borrow a bicycle for 100 pesos for 8 hours. You can also use the bathroom after checking out~
