Good service good staff but breakfast is not many some looking delicious some it not nice location

Great hotel with a decent view in Sapa. Our room was lovely and clean. The beds were extremely comfortable with really nice pillows and duvets. The staff are also extremely friendly and helpful, accommodating to all our needs.

Staff were friendly and environment was welcoming. We love the fact that we can see the mountains right when we step out of the hotel😍. Location excellent too(10 mins walk to Sunworld).

the best honest we have ever stay in sapa!!! the receptionist can speak english so it is easy for us to communicate with them. they also arrange electric taxi for us to go the soa viet office during our check out. please don't hesitate to book this hotel!!👍🏻

Enjoyed our stay here very much. Especially the service from the staff was amazing. Early checking, shower available in the Spa after our check out, tea provided, calling a taxi ... Rooms are clean and modern. Location in a quiet part of Sapa with restaurants around. But it involves a walk to get to the center of town

Great view and service

I stayed for two nights, but I personally felt that one night would have been fine. The linens seemed to be hand-washed by the staff, and the towels and futons had a damp smell that was very unpleasant. Also, they were served with mysterious blood and stains on them. No matter how much I washed my body, I was wrapped in smelly towels and sheets, which was stressful. Also, when I got into bed, my skin was very itchy and I couldn't stand it, so I asked them to change the sheets. The itching went away when I changed them, but the damp smell continued. Moths and mosquitoes suddenly appeared in the room even though the window was not open, so I couldn't calm down, and the air conditioner was above the bed, so the wind was always hitting me, so I woke up every two hours for both nights at this hotel, which was the worst sleeping environment. There was almost no soundproofing, so earplugs were a must. I wanted to open the balcony with the mountain view, but there were so many mosquitoes on the balcony that I didn't feel like opening it at all. For various reasons such as dust, smell, and insects, I always felt short of breath, and I wanted to go home early. The seating arrangement in the breakfast area means you have to share a table, so you can't relax. The cutlery at your feet felt unclean. On the positive side, I was happy to be able to eat mangoes for breakfast. Also, the reception staff seemed to listen carefully and try to respond sincerely.

The facility is only for bed and breakfast, but it is clean and the staff is very friendly.

There is a good parking location, the room quality is clean and beautiful.

Great location with fantastic views of the mountains and valleys of Sapa. Rooms modern and comfortable. We had interconnecting rooms for us and 3 older children. The staff were very friendly and eager to assist in any way, recommending restaurants, helping with tour bookings etc. Great restaurants and shops nearby. My sons hired scooters and explored the local villages. Fantastic stay.

The hotel is located off the busy streets in the main town. The room is sufficiently big for a couple and full amenities are provided. Breakfast provided with my stay is sufficient to keep one filled for the morning trek! It is near a few attractions and good food can be found a few doors away from the hotel. Easy to get to Fansipan too.
