Great welcome and explanation of parking, smooth check in. Always a comfy bed! Lovely breakfast, good service from staff offering us take away pastries. Clean hotel with vending machine if you needed anything. Was quiet overnight even though near shops etc.

It was a large clean room with useful extras like a hairdryer, spare towels, writing desk - and even a chaise lounge. The staff were lovely. My main issue was the sealed windows in the room and resulting unpleasant musty smell. I had to rely on the aircon / heater to refresh the air. The basic WiFi was ok but buffering at times. A few more vegan options on the menu would be an improvement. Overall though, a reasonable, if pricey, hotel in a great central location.

No staff on arrival, I just tapped in my registration so I hope that worked and I don't get a parking fine... Pretty standard family room, double bed on small side and felt like the springs had gone - not a great night's sleep. WiFi slow as is generally the case in Premier Inns unless you upgrade to the faster service. Had to go out at 10PM to ask for the a/c to be switched on as the controls in the room were not doing anything. Breakfast was fine. So - a pretty standard Premier Inn experience generally, some good bits, some less good bits.

I checked in quite late, but the staff were helpful and friendly. The room was superb, spacious and the bed was comfy. I had a great night's sleep! All set ready for a recording session the next day. The hotel itself is set within a great area surrounded by nice places to dine - Nandos, Wagamama, Frankie & Benny's etc. Breakfast the following morning was plentiful and Millie, Aggie & Francis were all courteous, engaging and professional. I really enjoyed my stay and can't wait to come back. Thank you.

Just wanted to say a big thank you to the team. My son left his teddy in the room and was very upset when he discovered he hadn't packed him. He had become unwell as we got home and he would normally have his teddy with him in these instances. The team where extremely accommodating, and searched for Charley Bear. Once found, they informed us that they would send him first class so that he could be reunited with my son. They also sent a lovely card and some sweets. This was truly amazing and we are extremely thankful to the efforts of the team. Have a wonderful Christmas.

Solo traveller wanted to stay in Bath but average room price was over £130 (not including breakfast) to much for me on my own so Stayed for one night in Trowbridge and got the train to Bath, staff were very friendly, easy check in and out, Room was clean and tidy, paid £10 for all you can eat Breakfast, cooked food was ok although Mushrooms were a bit Rubbery and a short wait for the Toasters but overall it was value for money - the staff at breakfast organised the diners very well and kept the buffet full, they were extremely happy and helpful

This is a really nice hotel we stayed as a family the room was clean and the food was excellent we had an evening meal and breakfast great selection and all laid out nicely. The staff were very especially Jimmy in the evening he was a lovely guy. The only issue is the parking is confusing we parked and paid in a car park over the road so wasn’t ideal with cases and children. The car parking needs to be made clearer when booking.
