The most satisfying thing is the room: 1. When booking, I noted that I chose a high floor and a view (I also made such notes when booking other hotels but it was not necessarily satisfied). I didn't expect that I would be arranged a sea view room on the 7th floor. I could take pictures of the bridge and the Arctic Cathedral through the large glass window in the room, which was very nice; 2. The room is divided into a sleeping area and a sofa tea break area, and going down three flights of stairs is interesting.

Perfect location! Airport express bus stops right at the front of the hotel. Room view was great too, can see the iconic cathedral across the harbour. Breakfast was very good too.

The rooms in Northern Europe are relatively small, but this one has a reasonable layout and is not crowded. The breakfast is good. The front desk service is terrible, especially the front desk clerk with a big face, who really deducts points. His attitude is indifferent. When I checked out, he actually asked me to pay for the early check-in fee, which was surprising. Later, he checked the order and said no! I thought to myself, are you here to eat ****?
