整個特羅姆瑟都不大，位置很不錯，走幾分鐘就到最北麥當勞 漢堡王 Kiwi Extra超市等等。選帶早餐的十分推薦很不錯。房間不大，這邊就這樣了。

酒店位置很好，就在市中心，很多景點都可以步行到達。早餐也很豐盛。但是酒店沒有自己的停車場，和介紹的訊息不相符合，需要自己尋找停車場。

房間小、酒店插座非常少。床頭有一側的usb插座是壞的，到前台借到了一個有3個插座拖線板，並告知床底下有插座。如果沒有這個拖線板，衹有窗台旁有2個插座+1個usb口可用。
如果出發早，酒店前台有供應簡餐，東西還可以。正常早餐時間也有提供無麩質的食物。
浴室淋浴房很小，女生又有點洗起來束手束腳。因為淋浴房內瓷磚排水的坡度不小、腳掌還要用力抓地，防止撞上直角的雙開門淋浴房。
第一天入住的前台小姐姐還不錯，告訴我們今天明天的極光非常強，讓我們留意天空。

房間洗手間真的很小，冰箱是壞的，USB壞的，餐廳座椅很臟下雨了，想要借一把雨傘都沒有，前台推薦你去買把傘早餐非常的差，東西很少。不會再住的一家酒店。點名表揚最後一天離店的男服務員，非常貼心，熱心幫忙延遲退房，還告知我們下午要開會可以用2樓私密的會議室。

Highly recommend for its superb location , within walking distance to alot of 'must go' , ie : Mcondald. Popular hotdogs stand. Beside restaurants, you can also find supermarket behind Strogata main street to get your mineral water, milk etc at much affordable price compared.
Also like to applause to the great customer support from front desk colleague gave, especially to Ms A ( forget her full name) ,going extra mile to ensure the room suit my needs .

作為酒店住客，我在退房那天因為要搭乘凌晨的郵輪所以坐在大堂沙發上睡著了。我衹是坐着也沒有躺着，一個年紀很大的大媽前台死活要把我叫醒，還給我上課講道理吧啦吧啦，這是我不推薦的理由，其他都很正常。

The hotel staff were unfriendly and not helpful. They required bookings to be done for next-day cleanings. However, we placed the order but the cleaners didn’t came. We informed the hotel staff and they said that they would attend to it but there was still no cleaning. Besides, we needed help to place a local call and translation. They just brushed it off and asked us to come down again the next day.
