Vue Apartments Trinity Beach

1. Smell of sewage outside boiler cupboard. Much worse when opened 2. Stains over virtually every cushion on sofas inside and not comfy as outdoor furniture 3. Nearly all ceiling fans very dirty 4. Manky grout in main bathroom 5. Bbq unmovable due to flat tires and cover covered in bird poop that’s very old - not usable 6. Dining chairs and breakfast chairs cloth under falling off onto floor. Dealt with 3 days after reported 7. Broken paint in various places which gives a less than luxurious feel 8. Various stains on walls and ceilings and also damage, again not giving a luxurious feel. 9. External to the room the appearance of the place is not luxurious. Blown tiles around pool, very poor paintwork,dirty glass etc etc. 10. Ran out of toilet roll (only 1.5 rolls total at check in). Went to reception who said we don’t service yet but they would organise. 5 hours later and no toilet roll. 11. Tiles blown in main living area and floor in master bedroom blown We stayed here approx 2 years ago and the place has gone downhill since then which is a shame and certainly not worth the $6k plus for 7 days for a self cater. Due to these issues we ask that you refund a proportion of what we paid.

What an amazing place to stay.. just wow!!! Great location, amazing views of the ocean, just walk out the back gate and you’re on an amazing beach. Our apartment was spotless, well presented I can highly recommend staying at Vue Apartment’s I’ll definitely be back again.

Great property, great location, great pool… quiet, family friendly, and lots of bars and eateries within a few minutes walk. Staff were friendly and helpful. Secure parking was a bonus.

Excellent property! Fantastic kid-friendly pool, great views, and right in the middle of the action at Trinity Beach. Other pros include a washer and dryer in the unit, a spacious balcony, and secured parking. Cons: despite the luxurious property and (deservedly) high price, the amenities were a little cheap. Examples: only one roll of TP, one wash worth of laundry powder, no umbrella, one spare garbage bag, and few towels (surprising for a pool-centric accomodation). Also, the instructions were a bit threatening and in poor taste. You know the type: barking orders, such as doing the dishes and taking out the trash before checking out or facing fines. Telling you to go get your own stuff as the accomodation is only minimally restocked after a week. Just a little off-putting/cheap for an otherwise luxurious stay.

- I wasn't given the room view which was described in my booking. I was given full view of the infinity pool which I didn't pay for and wasn't interested in viewing. I had paid for ocean and mountain views !!! - Couches were worn out. - The lounge room blinds are see through at night, and because I didn't get the view I paid for I was facing the infinity pool. So no privacy if you sat in the lounge room at night. - The stove doesn't boil water, it just warms it. - The infinity pool was really good, I like it.
