Towels were changed after 7 days, no signal, poor wifi in the apartment, toilet was not cleaned, sitting was not comfortable, no slippers, but the front desk did not clean it.

We had a wonderful stay. Our apartment on the 3rd floor was very spacious, well-maintained, and clean. It had a well-equipped kitchen, efficient air conditioning and fans, a comfortable living room couch, loungers, and a spacious table for 6 on the balcony with a beautiful view of the beach. The entire apartment complex, including the pool and loungers, was stylish and clean. The beach was also clean, and the sea was wonderfully refreshing. We would like to take this opportunity to highlight the exceptional service we received during the booking process and throughout our stay. Amanda and Rebecca, in particular, were understanding, helpful, and customer-oriented, ensuring that we felt at home even before we arrived. I have rarely experienced such excellent customer service. Thank you very much.

Loved staying at Seachange, we had a ground floor 2 bedroom and was perfect for our short 2 day stay. Pool spot on, beach 30 metres across road, pub 8-10 minute walk, breakfast 75-100 metres.

Great location, directly opposite the beach. A lovely staff member gave a warm welcome and accommodated a slightly early check-in. The apartment and deck was huge, with plenty of seating options. We had a couple of swims in the pool, and made use of the in room washing machine and dryer. The bedroom ceiling fan was super quiet, so it could be left on all night. The roll away bed provided had an uncomfortable bar and thin matress, and was the only drawback of our stay.

This is a great place in a great location. It’s clean and attractive and has indoor and lovely outdoor dining areas. It’s convenient to Kuranda and the airport and a lot of other local attractions. It’s also a great value for the price. Cheers!

Very spacious, clean and quiet with beautiful beach views. Very friendly and helpful staff. Had everything we needed for our stay. Perfectly located with a short walk to several eateries with wonderful food. Highly recommend.

Apartment was lovely and clean with well equipped kitchen . The roof top balcony apartment was huge and our own bbq was great . As our second visit we have no hesitation in recommending it or rebooking

このアパートは本当に快適でした。鳥の声と潮騒で目が覚め、部屋から朝日を浴びてヨガ、テラスでコーヒーを飲みながら、海を眺め、夜は南十字星、天の川が見えて、気持ちの良い風が吹きます。
スタッフは優しく、空港までの送迎も有料ですが、早朝の到着にも拘わらず、対応してくれました。
チェックインタイムより3時間も早く部屋を使わせてもらえましたし。
台所の道具は良いものがばっちり揃っていて、楽しく料理できました。炊飯器までありました。
洗濯機には洗剤も用意されていて、乾燥機もあります。
この施設とクオリティの高さで一泊２２０００円は安すぎ、ケアンズに行くときは又お世話になりたいホテルです。
