Hôtel à fuir. Nous y avons passé 4 nuits. Chambre sale et mal équipée. VOL de vos affaires personnelles par les "cleaners". Vol d'argent liquide mis dans un coffre. Direction pas du tout réactive qui protège ses salariés. HONTEUX!!!!!!! Prenez en compte ce message si vous comptez y séjourner. A FUIR

Worst Hotel experience ever , we book for a family room on 17 th September , as we enter the room notice the unacceptable facts of the following Before we check in we had to pay whole amount Ac wasn’t working properly all night eventhough complain to the duty manager on front desk didn’t accept it No room towel provided No tea bags , milk , water enough for 4 adults Tv remote couldn’t find , so they have to replace another tv but all channels were not clear at all Also unable to connect front desk to full fill our requirements since telephone line were out of order Bathroom wasn’t clean properly Pool was close so earlier 8 pm to in house guests and access for late morning Private party with loud music till late night which was so disturbing to in-house guests Pool tiles were broken not up to safety standards Very low quality breakfast, nothing was refill after 9.15 Person who make omelet wasn’t wearing proper clothes very unpleasant, when I ask milk for my tea breakfast supervisor said to waiter no breakfast after 9.30 Most unprofessional Breakfast supervisor ever seen Not value for money at all , this is our second time & not recommend to everyone… Prabhath Chef from Ireland

I strongly advise against staying at this hotel. The condition of the room is not consistent with the one presented on the Booking portal. The room is dirty, old and unkept. The equipment is very worn, the shower head leaks onto the electric water heater, there is mold on the walls. We did not receive towels or bath accessories, we had to ask for them. In conclusion, the condition of the rooms is not consistent with the condition offered, at the same time posing a danger to users (dirt, mold). The pool is also destroyed, cracked tiles. Additionally, during 6 of our nights, the facility organized very loud parties until the night hours. Breakfasts are monotonous, of average quality. I do not recommend, using the services of this facility will ruin your vacation.

Purtroppo non ci siamo trovate per niente bene. 1. Avevamo prenotato un bungalow e all’arrivo lo troviamo sporchissimo (vedi foto), a tal punto ci lamentiamo e ci fanno un upgrade 2. La camera luxury apparentemente sembra bella, ma si rivela essere sporca, abbiamo dovuto far cambiare fodere e tappetino. 3. Puoi richiedere la cassaforte, ma anche questa non è di bell’aspetto. 4. Riguardante il servizio: non pulivano la camera tutti i giorni, si doveva rincorrere lo staff. La scusa è stata “dovete lasciarci la chiave”. Altri giorni hanno lavato ma in modo incompleto: hanno tolto asciugamani sporchi e tappetini, ma senza metterne di nuovi. 5. Asciugamani sempre con macchie evidenti, stessa cosa per le lenzuola 5. Abbiamo chiesto uno stendino, mai arrivato 6. Diffidano l’uno dell’altro, a quasi ogni consegna chiave ci chiedevano se le cose di valore le avevamo con noi o chiuse in cassaforte. 8. C’è scritto che c’è il servizio di cambio soldi, vi avviso che non è istantaneo, abbiamo dovuto aspettare che andassero in banca. . Unica nota positiva è la gentilezza e disponibilità dei dipendenti.

Expérience très moyenne. Chambre peu engageante même si son équipement reste correct. Au Check In, paiement d’avance des nuitées. Petit déjeuner correct sans plus. Restaurant assez médiocre. Plage agréable et nettoyée. Piscine agréable (peut être la meilleure prestation de cet hôtel). Rapport qualité prix défavorable, et pourtant ils se la jouent. Il est largement possible de trouver mieux au même prix mais il faut s’y prendre un peu en avance. Attention, Tricomalay est de culture Tamoul et détonne un peu par rapport au reste de l’île cingalaise !

It has a very beautiful and peaceful environment and there is a good staff who provided us with their service very well. The rooms are very clean and we can see a beautiful view of the sea in the evening. The restaurant is also really good. We enjoyed our vacation there.

We stayed two nights in this hotel. The hotel located in a nice location and the staffs are nice but the rooms and washrooms are not cleaned properly. Spider webs in the room. Washroom had old broken faucets and the shower curtain must be older than 5 years and looks like never changed. Washroom floor and side tiles had mold and bad smell came on the second day of our stay. Dinner was not good. Their menu combination is really bad. They need to do a better job in their menu.

The term “Looks are descriptive “ is just right for this hotel. We looked at the cabana photos and were happy. They looked picture perfect, literally. We get there and the first thing I observe is that they are NOT beach fronted. We open the door to our cabana and a hit blast hit us! Air conditioning took its time to work. Nothing “deluxe” about it. It’s so compact my husband and I couldn’t pass each other without falling over. The only good thing about the cabana was the bed. It was comfortable. Don’t even want to say anything about the bathroom. I was so glad we did a lot of sight seeing and went to the hotel only for dinner and sleep. My friends who opted for rooms told me the rooms were good. I didn’t visit the rooms so cannot say for sure. Jimmy and his crew at the restaurant were a different story. Breakfast and dinner were quite good. And the service was fine. Perhaps the only redeeming feature about the hotel. Superb view no doubt of the endless sea and we watched two beautiful sunrises, thanks to Mother Nature. Will I go there again? Will I recommend it? No to both. Unless and until the owners practice what they preach.

Был в мае 2024 года. вторая половина месяца. отель хороший.. Брал номер в основном корпусе. Твердая 4. Чисто. приветливо. Единственный недочет- слышимость между номерами. Телевизор и громкий храп из соседнего номера слышится достаточно отчетливо. Если сон хороший, то не критично. Хороший бассейн, меняют воду, уютно, хорошо бы, чтобы бар работал у бассейна, не плохой пляж, хороший, плотный, чистый песок, хорошая песчаная лагуна, в пляжной зоне - чисто. Завтрак - аскетичный, однообразный, но для меня было не критично, голодным не был. Хорошо бы добавить зелень, побольше фруктов. Хотелось бы побольше вешалок в шкафу, шампунимыло. А то шампунь-разливают в пузырьки. Для 4 - это МИНУС. За время пребывания один раз в туалете столкнулся с двумя большими тараканами. Пришлось их с позором выгнать. В общем- отрицательных эмоций нет. До ближайших ресторанчиков 2-2,5 км. На тук-туке - 200-300, макс (вечером)- 400 бат.(не балуйте). Соотношение- ценакачество - ++
