The hotel is very beautiful and the overall experience is great. I really like people who like to lie down and be quiet. However, the location is far from Tingke. We drove there by ourselves and it was not very convenient if we didn't drive.

The hotel is really special. There is no sign on the door. I thought I was in the wrong place, haha.
Facilities: The sea view room is very good. There is a separate path leading directly to the seaside. There are two showers in the room, and you can also take a shower outside.
Hygiene: On rainy days, some small bugs would crawl into the room. One night, I was scared to death that there was a big bug on the bed.
Service: The hotel has a beach bar, and the food is served very slowly. The Coconut King tastes terrible, so order with caution.

Like Ctrip with real name: First, I booked another hotel in Trincomalee, but the store told me that there was no room. There is nothing to say about the service. I had a beach seafood BBQ for dinner, $190 for two people (not including tip)

Chandana the life guard gave exceptional service at the most lovely beach of Sri Lanka. We felt secure and very well looked after. Beach is super clean and water perfect. Also the room service and the food in the resort is great.

Beautiful beech awesome place. Will visit again. Chandana life guard took care, Souz Chef and Executive Chef made the most delicious meals, Ishaara, Chiru and teams took care of stay and made a memorable experience. Loved it !

Hotel with an excellent staff and an amazing setting! Great food, spacious rooms and a very nice beach! We enjoyed the time we spent at Uga Jungle Beach!

gave us the wrong room, it smelled as by a stale lagoon and by the road so noisy, they changed the room on the last night , but of all the hotels we stayed at ( except Cinnamon Grand) this was the worst - the oters were fabulous
