The hotel is really special. There is no sign on the door. I thought I was in the wrong place, haha.
Facilities: The sea view room is very good. There is a separate path leading directly to the seaside. There are two showers in the room, and you can also take a shower outside.
Hygiene: On rainy days, some small bugs would crawl into the room. One night, I was scared to death that there was a big bug on the bed.
Service: The hotel has a beach bar, and the food is served very slowly. The Coconut King tastes terrible, so order with caution.

Like Ctrip with real name: First, I booked another hotel in Trincomalee, but the store told me that there was no room. There is nothing to say about the service. I had a beach seafood BBQ for dinner, $190 for two people (not including tip)

Tolle kleine und ruhige Hotelanlage, alle Mitarbeiter waren immer überaus freundlich und zuvorkommend, auch der lifeguard Damith war immer darauf bedacht, dass es uns an nichts gefehlt hat. Eine kleine Vielfalt an Tieren laufen einem in der Hotelanlage immer wieder über den Weg. Klare Weiterempfehlung!

Damith è gentilissimo e sempre disponibile. La spiaggia è magnifica e pulita interamente da Uga Jungle Beach Hotel grazie al garden team che fa un lavoro eccezionale. Il Beach bar è una bella struttura che prepara piatti deliziosi in riva al mare.

Sehr schöner erholsamer Urlaub. Kleine ruhige Hotelanlage. Das Personal war stets sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Besonders erwähnen möchte ich Damith, der uns jeden Morgen am Strand die liegen und Schirme schon hergerichtet hat. Leckeres Essen. Am Abend wechselte die Karte täglich. Es gibt immer eine kleine Auswahl an Speisen. Die Getränke sind sehr zu empfehlen. Wir kommen jederzeit gerne wieder zurück.

Beautiful property, the beach is beautiful too, we had a great time as a family. We were on half board basis and the breakfast and dinner were excellent: ample choices for every taste and quality products. The service of the staff is also excellent and very friendly.

Evrething was perfect , the room is very nice and clean , the staffs was very friendly and helpful and the food and cocktails is great. The beach is very nice and secure. Overall it was a very pleasant stay. I strongly advise this place........
