"The room is large and has modern hardware. They had scrambled eggs for breakfast, which was great. The bed is actually a small bed. Fortunately, I can sleep alone. In addition, there are no shelves in the bathroom to store toiletries, facial cleanser, and personal bath products. This should be improved.
There is a university next to it. If you go to Girne or Lekfosha, there are buses passing by the bus station in about 8 minutes' walk. The same is true for Ercan Airport, and you can tell the driver that the Sabanci dormitory is very close to the hotel, just a few minutes walk. Overall, I feel that the surrounding area is quite convenient. You can eat, drink, buy phone cards, and there are small convenience stores for everything."

"The location is excellent for a walk to the Old city (8 mins by feet) and Varosha (abandoned part of Famagusta, 40 mins by feet). I was greeted with free early check (at midday) and complimentary drink. Spacious room had a view on the Old city. Minibar at additional cost. Good breakfast. The receptionist helped me with my plans first and ordered taxi for me to Deryneia check point last."

"Because the hotel is new, I can't say every item is beautiful, every location is near everywhere (beach, etc) and I can't say it is very clean, but they are interested immediately when they say it is very clean. I am generally pleased. F/P hotel."
