One night at Pep's By The Sea -- Nice place. There is no registration desk for this hotel as the rooms are within an apartment building. Communications occur between guest and hotel by phone or text. Text responses were fairly quick. Building and room were clean and secure. Guests should understand that, on the guest room floor, there is a security door which must be unlocked and opened first prior to accessing the individual rooms. We would stay here again as it was safe, comfortable, and an easy walk to many locations.
