It was a little bit far from center of Trabzon but services we get were amazing and satisfactory. It was located nearby industrial zone and it was safe also night. Maybe some renovations needed for rooms. Bed and most of the items were clean overall. You can also take a tour offer from reception. I joines Sümela Monastery and Hamsiköy tour and tried sutlage. Price of tour was good but maybe duration for destinations might be increased. There are restaurants nearby and I can recommend patesserie and Terminal Restaurant to try pidas with minced beef and cheese. Free breakfast was delicious as well.

Friendly helpful staff. Clean and spacious room with comfortable bed and air conditioner. Nice hot shower. Good breakfast. The major thing that needs to be noted is the fact that the hotel is surrounded by mechanics and can be noisy when working on vehicles. It is far out of town but walking distance to bus station and shopping mall. The walls are paper thin and can hear everything.

Arrived early and tired and the staff offered me an early check in as well as welcome tea. Very pleasant throughout my stay. Good facilities and breakfast quality. Some people might find the location unusual but overall a great experience. Would come back again.

The service was good. However, the room was small and different from the room in the photo I booked. They called a taxi for me and helped me with my luggage. The overall service was good.

A hotel to stay at, for one night...no more. It is located on the territory of some industrial area - there are car repair shops and auto parts stores all around. At the same time, there is Forum mall nearby, if anyone came to Trabzon to shop. The hotel itself is quite clean. The breakfast is modest.

The location is close to the bus station. It is very convenient whether you take a minibus to the city center or take a long-distance bus to other cities. It takes 10 to 15 minutes to walk to a large shopping mall. The hotel has a lift, the facilities are clean, and the room has enough space for two suitcases. The manager Zafar was very gracious and offered to assist. On the day of check-in, we arrived early by an early flight, and they tried their best to arrange the room, and took us to the restaurant to rest first. The fly in the ointment is that the hotel is located in the center of the vehicle yard, in the middle of a busy traffic hub. If you are driving by yourself, you are likely to encounter congestion. Be careful when entering and exiting the parking lot.
