Excellent place with excellent staff!! The food was great and the spa is excellent

It was a wonderful stay in every aspect. Top class services and the hotel team are outstanding. Comfortable accommodation, super clean, very tasty food, we enjoyed the beautiful scenery of the desert with great service. Organized excursions Through the hostel it was fancy with the staff of Mr. Shazly and Mr. Nabil as the tour guide. And a wonderful experience in the hotel HAMMAM with a very relaxing massage. It was really a great experience that we will never forget me and my wife. And sure will come back agin and again in the future. Magnificent hotel where we had an extraordinary experience. The service is impeccable. The buffets are well stocked and very tasty.

Notre séjour a été incroyable , le personnel était accueillant aux petits soins . La localisation était idéale. Les villas étaient vraiment très belles bien entretenues et modernes . L’endroit est très calme les piscine fraîches le petit déjeuner est varier . Je recommande cet endroit fabuleux

A wonderful oasis in Tozeur! We stayed here for only one night on our travels, but wished we had booked longer. The resort is sprawling and beautifully landscaped, it's quite large, but you can always call for a buggy to come pick you up and take where you need to go. The pool area is expansive with multiple pools, and plenty of seats and lounge chairs. The lobby was beautiful, with a bar area, and many areas to lounge and relax in. There was a little hiccup in our initial room, the bathroom toilet upon arriving appeared to not have been cleaned from the previous occupant with various stains. Our room ended up getting switched, but we unfortunately needed to wait about two hours for the new room. Though, all of the staff was incredibly apologetic, we even received a hand written apology from the housekeeping staff with a plate of sweets and fruit for the inconvenience. Speaking of the staff, everyone we met from the breakfast employees, to housekeeping, to the lobby, was so nice and friendly. Offering to help for anything we may need at all times of the day. When we did get to our new room, it was beautifully decorated, large, with a fantastic terrace and fire pit. We had the staff light the fire at night, creating such a cozy and relaxing atmosphere. For dinner, there weren't a ton of options, there is a full buffet and a Thai restaurant. Because neither of those options really appealed to us, we opted for the room service (which is 24 hours a day) that offers more of a variety, we ordered the spaghetti bolognese and the grilled vegetable sandwich, and both were pretty decent. For breakfast the next morning, there was a massive spread of food with tons of options! One of our best breakfasts on our entire trip. Overall, minus the one issue with the room, this resort was incredible. We will definitely return and would recommend to anyone visiting the Tozeur area.

Very nice hotel ,with a great view, my suite was garden view , I really enjoyed my stay there , breakfast was ok only a small issue no have many choice of coffee in the buffet but overall good, special thanks goes to sadam from the housekeeping department, and others staff was great as well for sure will come back again if they will solve the airplane issue and cancelation in Tozeur by Tunisair express company this issue no have any relation with the hotel but wish will have regular airplane to Tozeur .

I've stayed at other Anantara properties and have always been impressed with them and this one is no different. Beautifully appointed, private duplex villas so very quiet. Spacious rooms with all the amenities. Very comfortable beds. Excellent restaurant and wonderful service. By all means stay here

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Anantara Tozeur. Everything exceeded our expectations – the setting, the service, the comfort… every detail was thoughtfully designed to provide an exceptional experience. One of the highlights of our stay was definitely the breakfast. There was a wide and delicious selection: vegetable juices, fruit juices with many varieties, a gluten-free station, crêpes, cake-style bread, traditional bread… I really enjoyed the breakfast, it was generous, healthy, and refined. A huge thank you to Chef Badi and his entire team. They are caring and offer their service with love. Their passion is felt in every dish and in the warm welcome they give each day. The setting is simply magical, with breathtaking views of the desert. The rooms are spacious, elegant, and very comfortable. If you’re looking for a peaceful, refined, and authentic place in Tunisia, Anantara Tozeur is a destination not to miss. We will definitely be coming back!

We got upgraded for my birthday which spoke to the amazing service and community of the Anantara in Tozeur (thank you to Nizar). Mouheb was amazing, he was open and friendly and incredible at his job. He alone made the experience worth it as well.

We left Anantara Tozeur hotel with a sweet serenity sensation refreshed and ready for our next stop Douz. Till the very last minute the staff exceeded our expectations. Giving us water bottles before leaving the hotel, making sure we were warm after mentioning that kids are feeling cold, were very thoughtful small gestures that made us feel very welcomed and very well looked after. Thank you Anantara team for ending our year on a positive note and starting the new year with a great and diligent service, appetising brunch and a cosy intimate Desert atmosphere worthy of this beautiful country and its people.

We particularly liked the concept of the hotel: secluded location in the desert, excellent infrastructure, and great villas, as well as outstanding staff. Saddem deserves special mention among the staff for his excellent work in lighting the fire on the terrace in the evening and providing evening room service.
