"Surrounded by date palms, these cabins on stilts (sometimes called tree-houses) are comfortable and inviting. With all the wood rooms have a lodge-like feel. It would be easy to have an extended stay here. My cabin (#15) included had a small room with bunk beds suitable for children. The room has a kitchenette with plates, glasses utensils, microwave, mini-fridge, kettle and a Nespresso machine. A full breakfast is delivered to your porch by lovely ladies sporting hand-woven baskets balanced on their heads. Be sure to get a photo! The breakfast was so generous, I saved items to have as snacks later. This is a charming and unusual place to stay amongst a date palmery."

"We enjoyed two nights at this hotel where rooms are large, quiet and have AC in bedroom. 2 swimming pools (outdoor and indoor), spa, lounge and buffet restaurant. Breakfast was a bit of a disappointment, and dinners busy. Drinks available for purchase at dinner for 5 dinar each. Make sure waiters give you your change! All levels of dress (Western, Muslim). Free wifi was good."

"We stayed here for two nights while staying in Tozeur. This is a most stylish boutique hotel with an attractive rooftop area and a pleasant inner courtyard. Our room was spacious, although it lacked a little in terms of natural light. Comfortable bed, tea, and coffee facilities provided. There is also a safe and small refrigerator. Bathrobes are also supplied. We found the bathroom to be quite small, and our only real negative was the shower where we had difficulties regulating between hot and cold, and the hot water seemed to run out completely unless you were swift. Breakfast was okay, although not particularly substantial. It comprised a small omelette with a small basket of bread and jam, plus yoghurt, coffee, and juice. The location is a good one for central Tozeur with several restaurants within a  five minutes walk. "

"Absolutely terrible hotel — avoid it. We booked two rooms on two platforms, both paid and confirmed via WhatsApp, yet the manager claimed only one booking and made us deal with the platforms ourselves. We ended up in one quadruple room and were still asked to pay extra, even though it was clearly their mistake. Cash only, no card accepted. The room was very dirty (dust, hair, blood stains on sheets, spiders in the bathroom). There were frequent power cuts, with a risk of electric shock while showering. Staff attitude was very poor and unhelpful. Don’t be fooled by the photos. 酒店烂到家了，避雷。我们在两个平台上分别定了两间房，房费也成功缴纳了，还特意whatsapp联系了经理确认了有房子，结果到达酒店后经理坚持说只收到了一份订单，并且让我们自己与平台协商。最后协调入住了一个四人间，但是在明明是酒店店主自己的操作错误情况下还要求我们补差价，还只收现金不能刷卡。房间卫生很差，到处是灰尘和头发，被单上也是血迹，卫生间里面还有很多蜘蛛。更离谱的是，经常停电，洗澡的时候甚至有可能触电。酒店服务态度还烂，主管不管怎么沟通都听不懂话一样。总而言之，差评，千万别被照片骗了。"
