Please book this hotel if you go to Kinosaki Onsen! The staff was really amazing. They were all super friendly and nice and always put so much effort in making our stay enjoyable. Big thanks to Kairi for explaining everything so well and always being patient with us. Also thanks to Tomoki for the great service. We loved our stay there so much we would love to come back here again when we visit Japan again! Also loved the town itsself and all the Onsen. The hotel itsself also gives you public Onsen as well as private ones that you can book in advance. They were amazing too. The food included in our Halfboard was also amazing! Loved everything here! Garden view from our room was so relaxing and great as well!

My room are newly renovated; it has a toilet but without a shower in the room, but need to share the public shower or spa area. The location is a bit off from the main spa road with eateries.

The hotel is very suitable for self-driving tours and the hotel staff are friendly. The hotel has private baths that can be reserved for use. On the contrary, the large bath area is relatively small. The dinner and breakfast food are rich. I will stay in this hotel again next time.

The service is very good and they can speak English. The dinner is also delicious but it takes a long time. It is recommended to check in early so that you can soak in the hot springs before eating. The children are very happy.

An old hot spring hotel, a little inside, but very quiet. There is also a 10% discount for snow crabs at the door, which can be packaged and delivered. I have to praise the crab dinner of the hotel, which is of very high standard, even the desserts are online. I was very full, but because it was so delicious, I finally finished the rice and pasta. The wine and drinks are also very cost-effective. It is worth staying once during the snow crab season. There are several hot springs, which can be reserved and can be visited at leisure. There are also private and public hot springs. It is very comfortable to relax in a hot spring.

Great hotel within walking distance to public onsen. The hotel also has its own small onsen, which can be booked at the guests' request for a room for 45 minutes. The water in the springs is very hot 😅 We had a Japanese-style room. We slept on futons, and this is the best experience and best sleep of the entire trip. In the lobby, both during the day and at night, you can contemplate the garden and the waterfall. Peace from the view is guaranteed. Keiseki for dinner was quite plentiful and quite tasty (but of course there were dishes for an amateur) Overall, we highly recommend the hotel, and the village of Kinosaki itself too) you can swim, there is nothing to do, it's good

The service is super good. Children especially like the Japanese-style room. The tatami is very comfortable to sleep on! I just can’t get used to the breakfast food.

The hotel service is good and the hot spring environment is good. There are two public hot springs within a ten-minute walk. Prosperous yet quiet.
