Small broken gym, only 2 coffe pods in the room nice and clean english tv

Terrible experience of trapped inside the hotel lift for half an hour before the hotel technician helped open the lift manually to get me and my spouse out. We were very upset that no apologies were given to us for such terrible ordeal! Especially, during the trapped period, there's complete darkness with no air-cond., or not much air circulation at all.

Even though we requested a change of linen by putting a Hilton instruction card on the bed, the cleaning staff refused to do so. He or she even threw the card on the ground pretending not to heed the request. This was blatant dereliction of duty.

Just a stone throw away from the city centre and 15 min walk from the train station, not bad

It is in the downtown area, opposite the Christmas market, and it will be very lively at night. The room is quiet and the service is very friendly. The only problem is that parking is not very convenient and the fee is high.

The room was in line with expectations, close to the river, and in a great location. It rained on the day of check-in, and the front desk lady kindly suggested that we could order takeout and have it delivered to the front desk, which was polite and professional

Booked a room with a view, but I don't know what view it means. All I see is the street. No parking lot. You have to drive to the public parking lot. People dragged their luggage and took the elevator out of the front of the hotel. Breakfast was OK

The hotel is clean, but our room is facing the opposite side, which looks dirty, and you can see the opposite side clearly. There is a river opposite the hotel, and it is beautiful to watch the sunset sitting on the Ferris wheel. The size of the bathroom is ok. The hotel does not provide free parking, but there is an underground parking lot that is quite convenient, but the fee is touching.

It was a new hotel and it was sparkling clean. The location was convenient and I would like to stay at this hotel again next time.

Very nice hotel, at the end of rue nationale, with commercial street and tram downstairs, close to place plumereaux, very good location. The room at the end of the corridor is very large, with good facilities, good soundproofing, and warm and patient service. The small flaw is that there are a few stains on the carpet in the room. Breakfast was added on the last day, and the buffet was very rich.
