"This is our second stay at the hotel. The staff is obviously picked for their professional aptitudes and friendliness. Also, we were greeted by the same employees we met the year before which is extremely rare in this industry known for its high turnover. We travel a lot, this is our top favorite. The rooms are beautiful, always perfectly clean, beds extremely comfortable, the restaurant is one of the finest dining in the area, the spa is fabulous and the treatments are wonderful. Do eat at the Cloître, do use the thermal facilities, do use the spa treatments and absolutely do experience the wine testing in the beautiful “Caveau”. You want to experience France? You want to experience Burgundy? Stay there and do not hesitate to ask the knowledgeable staff for further Burgundy experiences. This is a true 4 stars hotel!"

"We received a reasonably friendly welcome; the rooms were very clean, and the prices were reasonable. The breakfast, however, was unacceptable for getting a good start to the day. It was a complete disappointment: just one croissant per person, baguette with butter and jam, coffee, orange juice, cream cheese/yogurt in a cup, and cereal with milk. This cost €9 per adult and €5 per child (one child was two years old, the other four). We were shocked and only managed to get our fill because we had brought our own food in a cooler."

"We enjoyed a wonderful stay at Des Histoires d'Anges. The room was very cozy, nicely decorated, absolutely clean and we were welcomed very friendly. Breakfast had everything we could wish for and was extremely tasty. There was enough space for our car and we were able to load our e-bikes for the two-day trip that we took from there. We were even allowed to leave our car for a couple of days which we really appreciated."

"Very nice little 3-star hotel. Same for the staff. About ten rooms. Each one different from the next. We also love the restaurant, which for us is the second reason, and not the least, to stay there on our way south, respectively on the way back. It wasn't the first time and it won't be the last... The only downside: an elevator that hasn't been operational for ages. Apparently, there's a legal dispute."
