全木質酒店，挺喜歡body wash的味道花110刀買了一瓶，挺好聞的，就是一次性拖鞋和牙刷需要打電話要，記住要牙膏，不然衹給你一把木質牙刷，隔音效果挺好的，我覺得除了地理位置的話，吊打W酒店了

非常sustainable的酒店😂忘帶牙膏了打電話説沒有牙膏提供 $650CAD➕一晚的價格瓶裝水居然也收費$7一瓶 沒有任何備品但是有收費Amenity Fee $29一晚..有1.5語
服務態度還可以 健身房沒有view 泳池就夏天開幾個月 最近維修樓頂bar也不開 攜程上訂的含雙早的價格其實就是每天有$60的breakfast credit 價格略貴 實際吃下來一個人就要$60 超出的部分和tax要額外補 味道中規中矩

We celebrated our anniversary in Toronto and stayed at 1 Hotel Toronto. From the moment we arrived, until the time we left, we experienced top notch service from ALL employees. Everyone was extremely professional and friendly. The room was amazing and the little details from the staff were above and beyond. The room was decorated for our anniversary and stocked with our favorite types of snacks, drinks, coffee, tea, etc… We’ve stayed at many different top hotel chains, and without a doubt, we will always look for the 1 Hotel brand when we travel.

From the moment we arrived till the minute we left we received exceptional service. This hotel is an absolute must to book if Toronto is on your visit list. You can do as much or as little as you like. The staff are amazing. Alicia went out of her way to make sure we were happy. Sadly our timing did not allow for dining at Casa Madera as it was closed for two of our three day stay. The rooftop was lovely and we had a little pool time. 1 Kitchen was fantastic for brunch and we even had room service. Book the bikes and go explore. The team helps with all the details, maps, adjustments and tips. Yoga on Sunday morning was lovely. The gym is well equipped and even a steam room. We loved the “designed by nature” and looking forward to booking at the 1 Hotel locations shown globally. Thank you for such a lovely stay.

I booked one night through the Amex travel portal. I received communications from hotel a day later and they were wonderful with prompt responses. Our trip into Toronto was horrible as traffic added and extra hour in arriving at hotel. I found parking on Spot Hero next to hotel for $12 instead of using $65 valet from hotel. Check in was so pleasant and easy which made us forget about the ride in. I booked a basic king room and was upgraded to the terrace. The terrace is nice and large but it was pouring rain outside so we did not use it. The room was nice, spacious and clean. They left cookies and chocolate bark out for us which was a nice touch. JJ drove us to the Distillery District and was very sweet. The service however drops you off but does not pick you up so we used Uber to return to hotel. The staff arranged our dinner and breakfast reservations for us. The staff at this hotel are wonderful all around. If we return to Toronto I would definitely return to this hotel.

Our stay was delightful. As a person with celiac disease, it’s important to find a hotel where we can feel safe in ordering room service and eat on the premises. The food here was not just safe, but also delicious. I’m not exaggerating when I say that I had the best omelette in my life for room service one morning. We stayed almost a week, ate here daily, and I never reacted (I’m quite sensitive). Shout-out to Camilla for her knowledge and pleasant words each day when delivering room service. She’s a gem! A few notes for those considering staying here: - “panoramic rooms” aren’t as one might hope because almost all the windows are covered with a screen and/or tightly-secured curtains. - bring your own toilet paper if you care about such things. Theirs is so thin that you need to loop it several times. I thought it might be recycled but the packaging is just for the lowest-level Scott’s brand. - the room was immaculately cleaned and the air quality was far beyond that of other hotels I’ve stayed at. I love the scent and found myself missing it after we left. If you like it too, consider buying their products there because it’s expensive to have them shipped afterwards.
