We stayed here to be close to a conference we were attending. It was a 5/5 standard Westin experience. Would repeat without hesitation.

It was a good place for food. However paid internet and no amenities like spa or saloon is sad

Communication was great and loved the 24hrs airport shuttle!

very clean room with decent size, we took the shuttle at 5 am to catch a early flight, the 24 hrs free shuttle is a great service. comfortable bed.

last minute stay Westin airport Toronto due to flight canceled by WestJet. They provide free shuttle bus btw airport to hotel. room is clean, I check with front desk, Can I use swimming pool after check out during very tired for fixed new flight. front desk say okay but when check out. the front desk is not allow use. oh well...what can i say.

The room is a bit old and a bit dim due to insufficient lighting. The service is good. The room service doesn't seem to know how to make the bed sheets. The feet and head are laid out the wrong way. The room is quite spacious.

This time, the hotel provided bottled water, but I want to say that Canadian tap water is drinkable whether you take it cold or hot.

There is basically no service, and the front desk can't change money. The words were not explained clearly, so my colleague (American) used the Wi-Fi and paid for it... It's expensive and there is no service... If there are other options, choose another hotel hahahahahahahahahaha
