This place has a swanky lower-slash-old Toronto thing going on. I suspect that it was cheap at this time due to the condo construction going on nearby. It had a robe, though, which means that it ranks pretty high on my list.

Hotel located at convenient area of downtown. Many restaurants and businesses around hotel. Room was really clean with plenty of space. Friendly staff.

The hotel is relatively small. I don't know why there is always noise next door. It is very obvious in the toilet and kitchen. Otherwise it is quite good. The location is very good, close to Lawrence market, metro, and subway station

Metro King Station is only 190 meters away. Just turn to the alley, and get quiet in the middle of the noise.
