The hotel is clean and serviceable. With all the amenities available nearby, who needs them inside the hotel? Good price, adjust your expectations accordingly.

This place has a swanky lower-slash-old Toronto thing going on. I suspect that it was cheap at this time due to the condo construction going on nearby. It had a robe, though, which means that it ranks pretty high on my list.

The hotel is relatively small. I don't know why there is always noise next door. It is very obvious in the toilet and kitchen. Otherwise it is quite good. The location is very good, close to Lawrence market, metro, and subway station
