Best Western Plus Travel Hotel Toronto Airport Reviews

All staff were well trained showing courtesy and hospitality to all guests. Business centre was well used. Further booking was available and done immediately. Breakfast was the best I ever had. The boiled eggs were especially fresh, bouncy and shiny. Super impressed in every aspect of service and product provided. Free shuttle service was provided every hour from 5:30am to 11pm.

10 minutes waiting for the phone to be answered to order airport shuttle ( although call made by another shuttle driver, so he was helpful!) Long wait, unmarked shuttle bus, no help with loading suitcases. Check in undertaken whilst receptionist on the phone, didn’t complete check in, started assisting other guests, demanded a credit card with no explanation why I had an ‘outstanding balance’ ( as I had prepaid in full- informed once I called that it was a tax: this could have been easily explained at the time!) Insanely ‘fat’ pillows! I had to try sleeping without as they were so painful on my neck and back. Room good, but truly unpleasant ‘welcome’ to the hotel!

Excellent stay. Bed is comfortable and breakfast is fantastic.

Close to the airport and come with free bus shuttle. Walking distance to restaurants and will stay again.

A common business hotel. Pretty close to the Toronto International Airport. It's convenient. Rooms are clean and cozy. But reception serves are terrible. No hospitality.

Always a consistent service regardless of the city. Staff is accommodating and faculty is clean.

I have felt welcome from the first step in the hotel. The rooms are large and super clean. The breakfast was delish, and coffee available throughout my Stay. I loved it so I’ve booked again.

Staff were very helpful and polite. The rooms were very clean also!

Hotel location is very close to the airport. Once we arrived, just need to call the hotel for the shuttle. It arrived in about 10 mins time. Breakfast is quite good as well, it has some hot dishes and even a machine to make waffles.

It was a great stay, staffs are really helpful. Excellent service. Would definitely recommend to friends.

Very warm and kind service. Beds are not very comfortable and breakfast has fewer choice than other hotels around.

Shuttle service ,driver ,check in counter’s and restaurant’s staff  were very good and friendly, room was clean and  comfortable , I had a very good experience to stay in this hotel.

This hotel location is good but a bit dated and close to airport. Good service .The breakfast is good. We will be back again and also recommend this hotel.thanks
