Room is spacious but basic. Windows and balcony doors cannot be opened. Kitchen facility is ok with kettle. Reception is helpful to orientate us to surroundings - train station and suggestions on where to go.

Loved the 2 bedroom suite with 3 beds! Easy access to numerous attractions.

Amazing location in Toronto downtown. Fast access to TTC Bloor-Yonge station. Nice staffs, many many good restaurants nearby. Pp are nice and kind.

Honestly, one of the worst experiences in a hotel I could have ever imagined. The check in process was less than welcoming. Our room keys were deactivating all night. But the nastiest part of The Town Inn Suites was the cleanliness of the room. I don’t even know where to begin… there was hair all over the walls and ceiling in the bathroom, blood and toothpaste dried and caked to the wall, adjacent to the hairdryer. There was faecal matter encrusted in one of the “clean” hand towels. The mirrors and windows were filthy and in bad need of some Windex. I addressed my concerns only upon checkout, as I was informed by hotel staff I had booked the last available King Suite, and therefore would not be able to switch rooms (or so I was under the assumption of). Truly, hands down, an unforgettable experience!

Overall, the room was good. It was spacious enough for a family of five. The front desk staff were also friendly. The location was fine, as it was close to the station and within walking distance of restaurants. The walls in the room were thin, so you could hear the noise next door. The water pressure in the shower was weak. I think the amount of amenities was too small for five people. There weren't enough towels, so we asked for more.

A spacious and well-equipped apartment, but not as comfortable as it could be. It doesn't have a desk or a suitable chair for working. The sofa is already warped from use. The terrace door doesn't open, so having a terrace you can't access is pointless. The bed is comfortable, and the bathroom is spacious enough with 24-hour hot water and good pressure. The location is good, although it's a bit far from the center. However, all kinds of shops are nearby and public transportation is very close. The reception staff is very friendly and always willing to help.

The overall experience of staying in the suite hotel this time was not very good. The room was indeed large and the air conditioner was turned to the maximum, but the temperature in the living room was suitable, but the bedroom still felt a little cold. The room facilities were relatively old, and there were not many utensils available in the kitchen. It was not realistic to cook a good meal, so I could only make do with it.

This hotel is suitable for traveling with a few friends. You can cook and the room rate is reasonable. It is very suitable for those who are not used to the eating habits here to buy food and cook by themselves.

The address is very convenient. Yonge Street is just a few steps away. The staff is friendly. There is a simple free breakfast. However, the facilities in the house are old and the cleaning is average. The air conditioning temperature cannot be adjusted in the house.

The amenities were not complete, and there was no body soap. The facilities were a little old. The breakfast was a buffet of croissants and muffins, but the price seemed a bit high.

The location is very good. Subway Line 1 and Line 2 are nearby. The room is spacious and bright. There are not many types of breakfast. Since the dining space is not large, you can eat in the upstairs room. It is very suitable for family outings.
