Average stay, room and facilities would benefit from an uplift. Check-in service and lobby service is good, post stay I needed to contact the hotel and that was a different story, not easy to contact and slow.

Staff not friendly, awful food, very limited choices even for breakfast or dinner. Don’t book here, very expensive food and boring hotel.

這家店的服務真是醉了，先是告訴我説2間房不能在同一個樓層，如果要同一個樓層，就要將就一個朝向比較差的房間，可給我們的朝向好的房間竟然是一個殘障人士的房間，衹有一把椅子，打電話給客房服務要加一把椅子，答應得很爽快，可是直到我們退房也沒見到椅子。這些套路不知道是不是因為攜程平台不受待見
