"We arrived late at night and were able to self-check in (arranged in advance by sending the documents and receiving precise instructions). The comfort room (with a view of the village alleys) was indeed very comfortable, with a seating area and plenty of storage space for clothes and luggage. The bathroom was very large (with two sinks). The decor was pleasant, but a splash of color would have been appreciated to make it more vibrant. An extractor fan in the bathroom (which has no window) would also be helpful. Another small flaw was the pillows, which weren't particularly comfortable, and the mattress was a bit firm (a topper would make a difference). The breakfast room on the ground floor was delightful, with large windows overlooking the lake! Excellent products, a wide selection of sweet and savory options, and the option of making a juicer. Excellent service (very friendly, professional, and attentive staff). Overall, we greatly appreciated the quality of the renovation, as well as the finishes and furnishings in the common areas. Unfortunately, we didn't have time to visit the spa, but with a lake view, it must be truly delightful. Greater flexibility in check-out times would also be appreciated. Torbole is very very nice out of season."

"Beautiful location i went knowing hotel was basic and it was a attic room a bed wardrobe drawers table tv but it was absolutely spotless bed was firm but so comfortable to me as others said a low window so just put pillows at bottom went sleep and woke to site of lake..although not all rooms face this is believe..The breakfast buffet was great plenty of choice lovely glass room although sadly not over lake A small sun terrace was great to sit on this did overlook lake the staff friendly and helpful The hotel stand in a beautiful position with restaurants and shops close .Bus stop 5 mins away and ferry also .if booking though take a travel kettle no kettle and only one plug would I go again I am"

"Aug 26 -Sept 2. Convenience: A very pleasant quiet area (away from the traffic). 10 min walk away from the action. Vibe: The adult only (well 12 years and over) policy leads to a very chilled and relax atmosphere. Room: Comfort Pool with View and corner balcony (sun all day). Very spacious and well laid out with air conditioning. Good large comfortable bed and excellent shower. Plenty of storage with lots of hangers(!) Excellent balcony allowing all day sun being a corner balcony. Services and amenities: Exceptional breakfast. Fruit, cereal, muesli (and seeds), healthy bread, croissants, juice, coffee machines and hot breakfasts with eggs, bacon and sausage and some vegetarian options too. Bike (basic) hire, good sized swimming pool with table tennis and table football and a lovely garden area with a bar serving very reasonably priced drinks. General: The Hotel is very well run with lovely friendly staff. It's spotlessly clean and well maintained. I would say this Hotel offers excellent value in comparison to others I researched when planning our visit. What could be better? Being British, we are partial to a cup of tea so tea making facilities would have been nice. A clothes drying rack would have been welcome to hang the odd hand-washed item of clothing especially as we were on a nine day holiday. Would have preferred a table on the balcony rather than a coffee table as sometimes, we didn't want to go out every night and just wanted to get a pizza and a bottle of wine in."
