房間很不錯，雖然不新但是足夠豪華，充電也方便
湖景房還有個很大的浴缸，景色也很不錯
不愧是用於招待的酒店，特別是節假日價格漲幅不大性價比很高

房間比較大，作為老牌五星酒店，應該有的都有了。
服務態度可以給4.5星以上，從前台，到客房服務，再到餐廳服務，都是很熱情，很貼心，且耐心。唯一的糟點是門口的迎賓，比起其他5星酒店差遠了，和其他所有的服務格格不入，但這個是門面，希望改善。
早餐豐富程度衹能説超四星，準五星，肯定比其他酒店要好點。

整體環境可以，不足的地方2個點，房間空調説沒開放，衹能看天氣的温度了，熱水不僅慢還不熱。這個天氣的夜晚還是比較冷的啊。

酒店位於大奇山附近，環境比較優美，房間設施相對老舊一些，衞生還可以，總體可以接受，早餐也比較豐富，就是房間裏稍微有點冷，工作人員説空調維護中不能使用

度假型酒店，環境優美，綠林環繞，鳥語花香，房間舒適乾淨，還是正規酒店住的舒服，早餐和晚上的自助餐好吃，離大齊山等各景點近，開車方便，來桐廬還會入住的酒店。

酒店的環境不錯，就是設施有點陳舊，衞生也一般，服務態度也不錯，就是大門口的一個大叔態度一般，看着我們下車的時候，帶着娃，東西很多，也不上前幫個忙，還板著臉
