It's a mid-to-high-end hotel. When we checked in yesterday, my husband was still complaining about spending over a thousand dollars a night. The next day when we were ready to leave, I went to call him to stay in the yard and he refused to leave, saying it was so comfortable. I especially praised the farmhouse dishes of the owner. We had 2 lunches and 1 dinner. The stir-fried bamboo shoots and chicken soup are the most recommended. The chicken soup is absolutely amazing. You have to book it in advance. It's stewed in a casserole. The chicken is very chewy and there is no fat at all. I ate all the soup.

I came to Tonglu from Shanghai for rafting and stayed in a B&B for two days. The owner and his family are very nice. They are very enthusiastic and the service is very good. The dog they raise is very well-behaved and cute. The owner's children are also very lively. I had two dinners in the B&B. The taste is very good. The pickled vegetable fried beef is especially delicious. I ate it for two days in a row. After dinner, the owner gave me watermelons from the mountains. It is the taste of watermelons in my childhood memories in summer. I like the small courtyard very much. It is halfway up the mountain. There is a projector in the room, so you can watch movies lying on the bed at night. The B&B also has a billiard room. I played for two consecutive nights. After rafting, my clothes were wet and the B&B also has a washing machine to wash them. It is a good place to relax on the weekend. The B&B is on a small hillside. There is a large and beautiful rice field below. I chatted with the owner and learned that he has been running a B&B for ten years. This one was newly opened last year. I highly recommend it. The place where you put things at the head of the bed in the room has added edging to prevent collisions, so things won't slide down. It can be seen that the owner is careful in decoration. A small suggestion is to add a table and chair for putting things in the room. It is a B&B worth visiting again.
