The homestay is located in Maoping Village, Tonglu County, which retains many ancient buildings from the Ming and Qing dynasties, with a strong Huizhou style, showcasing the history and cultural heritage of the ancient village. The village is original and unpretentious, with limited commercialization. Surrounded by mountains and water, the scenery is beautiful. It is only about 5 minutes walk from the entrance of Maling Ancient Road, and the nearby villages are Sheshe Village and Luci Village, which can be reached by car in about 10 minutes. The homestay has a total of 18 beds with complete facilities, and can accommodate about 30 people for team building. It is equipped with full-house smart systems, underfloor heating, projectors, and elevators, providing guests with a comfortable living environment. The spacious public area includes a conference room, mahjong room, swimming pool, terrace, etc., and fulfills various functional needs such as reception, entertaining, chatting, and entertainment.

第一天住的茆坪村另一家民宿，網上圖片看上去還是不錯的，實際衞生很差，房間佈置東西質量都不好，第二天就退房線下找房了，被這家漂亮的院子吸引了，別墅裝修非常有品味，公共區域很寬敞，房間衞浴床品都是品牌的，物超所值，住得非常舒服，老闆和老闆娘非常熱情好客，有問題及時幫忙解決，強烈推薦入住

帶了小朋友來玩☺️服務特別好，管家提前加了微信給我們發了定位，到了以後還幫我們拿行李，給我們推薦了一些周邊好玩的地方。我們差不多是下午1點左右到的吧，稍微在房間休息了一下就去馬嶺古道徒步了，那天天氣特別好呀☀️拍照很出片，晚上在老闆娘推薦的村天裏吃了晚飯，就在茆坪村旁邊的小溪這裏，整體菜系偏辣，味道非常不錯👍

上午逛完茆坪村的明清老宅，下午在民宿茶桌邊喝一杯桐廬高山紅茶，如果時間充裕，開車15分鐘就能到嚴子陵釣台，富春江的煙波浩渺盡收眼底——這才是江南度假該有的樣子啊！
這裏的早餐非常好吃！種類也很豐富，給我們幾個吃的特別撐～

老闆夫妻倆人真的太好啦 👍👍👍 我們從江蘇出發，正月初三中午到達水木清音，因為我們初來乍到，管家不放心一路陪伴我們從茆坪村出發走馬嶺古道一直到石舍村，到傍晚下起了雨，老闆親自開車把我們接回民宿，真的好感動啊 住宿條件相當高檔温馨，洗漱用品有品位，房間有地暖和空調。我本身是做一點小生意，老闆娘跟我們“秉燭夜談”，有種賓至如歸的感覺，給了我們一些好的建議。早飯是老闆娘親自做的，豐盛可口。民宿視野開闊優美，離馬嶺古道的入口非常的近，下過雨後，羣山煙霧環繞，一幅煙雨江南的圖景。老闆娘另外贈送了我們大奇山國家森林公園的門票，玩得非常開心。真心㊗️老闆娘生意興隆，財源滾滾。

孩子剛考完期末考帶出門放鬆一下，民宿院落別緻視野非常開闊，房間佈置温馨設施新也上檔次，周邊環境很秀美，可以爬個山或漫步古道，是我理想中的休假地，如果喜愛拍照朋友會很出片。老闆娘人美心善，早餐豐盛，做得一手好甜點，臨走還送了一包自製雪花酥給小盆友，哈哈，樂得小盆友都合不攏嘴。有機會還會再來~
