選擇伯爵世家酒店就是因為床夠大，2米大床🛏️😊第一次自駕來銅陵參加婚禮，沒想到酒店免費給我們升級房間😘好開心，周邊離商場很近耶然後附近步行過去都有不少餐館😊無緣自助下午茶，大年初六趕着回杭州，擔心堵車😓果然還是堵了😯，開了7個小時🙀才回家🏠

整體和介紹的毫無關係，沒有服務，第一次在一家酒店連住2天出去玩回來房間卡刷不進去，打電話聯繫前台問了一堆訊息，也沒給重新送一個房卡過來換，讓打掃衞生的阿姨過來刷開門，説後面自己去樓下重新刷一下房卡，再重新登記下，真的是第一次遇到這種無厘頭的事，房間電視也是個擺設，打開所有的台都要自己開會員才能看（小孩子到電視就是打開看一會），定的時候裏面寫了免費停車，説去的時候和前台説一下，不收費用的，走的時候也和前台説了，結果有的時候還是收費了，説什麼酒店衹優惠價了40，還要在交20，免費停車真的就是騙人的，早餐也不行，不知道為什麼會有很多説早餐好的

服務很滿意，前台貼心，準備了各種小東西，卸粧巾，眼葯水……，設施設備都很棒，性價比也很高，停車也很方便，周邊的環境都很不錯，推薦出差的客人過來住

酒店離市政府、天井湖很近，在一條綜合商業街上。地下停車庫很大，車位超多，整潔衞生。裝修大氣、寬敞。下午茶很豐富。房間面積很大，設施有品位，床品舒服。服務人員都熱情的招呼，事事有迴應。離店時還送了伴手禮。

酒店位置優越，毗鄰市政廣場，出行方便。套房非常寬敞明亮，落地窗的設計使得整個房間陽光充足，天井湖的景美景盡收眼底。房間裏設施齊全，床品舒適，衞生乾淨。酒店提供的早餐品種豐富，額外還有下午茶和晚安奶，性價比非常高。前台幾位小姐姐的服務都很好，有求必應，12樓打掃衞生的大姐也很周到。
