房間很大，服務很好，吃得東西比我想象美味，價格適中，就是建議自駕，不然不是很方便，酒店的位置不錯，目前人不多，夏天可以玩水，晚上現在有一些表演。春天聽説是景色最好的。喜歡這種人不是太多的地方，很安靜。很滿意的體驗。前台的小姐姐還幫我們叫車去高鐵站。感謝哦。

以前來銅陵親戚家都是住在她家附近的永泉，偶然發現了鳳凰山這家寶藏民宿，以後再來銅陵都選擇入住這裏了，旗下的另一家民宿也住過，都給人賓至如歸的感覺！還沒入住管家已經給我發訊息貼心的問我要不要把房間空調開好，因為入住過，前台有之前的登記，來了直接入住即可，還免費升了房型，晚上想吃清淡點，幫我安排的妥妥貼貼，真的就像回家一樣！酒店就在鳳凰山裡，環境好，安靜又美麗，強推！！

一次不錯的體驗，前台送了大嘴猴小童牙膏牙刷，還送了面膜。環境乾淨整潔，周邊有孩子玩水的地方。性價比很高，孩子玩兒的很開心～

#衞生整體很乾凈，房間下午採光很好#服務服務很好，還提前打電話聯繫我們幾點到提前開好空調，到了後也很熱心的指導停車辦理入住，新開業還做了升級體驗#房間設施電視很大，可以投屏，設施很新，用起來都很不錯#位置交通停車挺方便的，在景區旁邊

除了位置有點偏其他都挺好的，訂房送的套餐本來都沒想吃的，一路上實在找不到吃的臨時約了下，沒想到味道超讚👍👍另外租用景區小電車時由於操作不當被扣了兩次費用，本來自認倒黴了，沒想到跟前台小姐姐反應之後幫忙聯繫商家居然退還了👍
