滑雪這麼多年還是第一次見，本來最後一天白天準備爽滑一天，雪具大廳租的雪具，結果才半天小朋友在後山正常脱雪板的時候雪板固定器斷裂，衹能一路索道加雪地摩託迴雪具大廳。對於這種雪具自身折舊或者質量問題造成的斷裂，滑雪中心的服務人員未表示歉意，且執意要我賠償500元。這裏的滑雪服務業還沒學會基於常識與客户溝通，以後不會來了。

設施：房間內備好了小朋友的牙具和一次性拖鞋，非常貼心，吹風機也很好用，設施齊全住着舒心
環境：環境非常好，有種不在國內的美，處處都是乾淨整潔，隔音很不錯，孩子説這是住過的最喜歡最漂亮的酒店，體驗感很好，窗外就是很美的山景
服務：服務很好，定的標間，前台主動提醒孩子可以免費吃早餐，門口的保安很負責任，幫忙指導停車，總之，是非常好的一次住宿體驗，下次來通化還想住這裏

帶孩子出去旅遊，老公被關在廁所裏全封閉空間個半多小時，反覆客房服務打電話不接，前台打電話打了5次，接通了，一直不來人，就這麼一直被關在裏面，最後都急眼了才來人，維修人員到了説才接到消息，這服務理念。那可是大木門，完全的封閉空間，24年開業就這樣的質量，還是就這樣的服務。完全沒有應急方案，服務人員還相互推卸責任，真的很嚇人。

每年衹在雪季和節假日開的酒店，前台和服務員對業務生疏也是正常的，畢竟價格也便宜呀，環境還是可以的，離山很近，估計到雪季會有很多人住這裏，早餐也是相當不錯的，很豐盛，總體感覺挺好，有點小問題都給解決了。
