"The resort is big, staffs are very friendly. We got the connecting room for a family of 5 and it’s big. We enjoyed the dinner buffet food choices and it’s nice that they have a complimentary drink for every guest, me and my husband loved that part so much as we got to enjoy our wine while having dinner after a long tiring day of flight 😊. Will definitely book again."

"AIC was the closest hotel to Narita Airport. The service was excellent. They were very friendly and always willing to help. I felt very comfortable. and the room decoration is good. Traveling in Japan was more comfortable and easy than traveling in other countries. thank you"

"the location was nice because it was just a few minutes walk to the train station and bus terminal, but had a little problem with the stairs nearby going to the station for an old woman like me,i just dont know if there is another or way going around the station we forgot to ask the staff at desk we just rely with the waze app. the staffs were accommodating and professionals, can answer our inquiry very well, the room was a little small but were really clean and so tidy, the food was very nice although we didn't get to try and taste everything because the breakfast starts at 630 am and our shuttle bus schedule was at 640,we had to eat real quick, by the way the shuttle bus arrives on time or a bit earlier which was good, though i suggest that breakfast be served earlier for those with early flight schedule, over all it was a vey good experience staying in the hotel."
