"Ideal for resting -Ideal for families with small children, Good food, if you want to shop, walk there is nothing nearby, you have to take a motorcycle taxi to go to Tolú $15,000 each way, Good facilities, the staff needs to be warmer, depending on the season in which they travel, if there is a rough sea, the entry and exit of the hotel is complicated, you have to arrive on foot and leave on foot, since there is no safe access for small cars, they leave us about 2 blocks from the hotel,!! I consider that the staff can be more empathetic with the situation when taking the return transfer and providing a service to the point where they pick up people, taking into account the situation at sea, children, adults and suitcases and the time you plan to leave the hotel"

"BE CAREFULL SMELL FRAUD. First at all i found this hotel on the net. i filled all reservations forms and even paid with my credit card. well that is not the end. nothing happened for a few days, until i decided to call a phone number listed that nobody ever answered. eventually they inform me via email i have to re-do everything again via whatsapp (ahhh). i have to send money directly from my bank account to a suppose banco Colombia account. send all info via whatsapp. i did all of that still thinking maybe they just lack modern payments. they claimed payment did not go trough and that i have to do it again. i refused, then they said that the person in charge of the bank account was offshores. what the hell. i told then to cancel the whole thing. please stay away."

"It is a beautiful hotel, but its facilities do not work well. The first room they allocated was not water, so they changed to another, which began to fail the plate from 3 a.m. with noise that was not let sleep. The breakfast was included, but the eggs were very salted every day of the stay."

"I stayed at this hotel with my family for four nights and five days. I must say that, in my opinion, it's the hotel with the best beach access in the area. The sea is beautiful, and they offer free parasols and hammocks. The restaurant offers a varied menu at affordable prices, providing excellent value. Areas for improvement: the building's design means the pools receive very little sun during the day, so they can feel a bit cold and confined. Similarly, there are no access ramps between the rooms on the upper floors and the second-floor pool, so despite being so close, you have to go down and back up to access that area and the second-floor bar. The hotel plays loud indoor music by the pool and beach, which doesn't make for easy relaxation or reading. Basically, music plays all day at a volume that I find unpleasant, and it reaches the rooms until approximately 10 p.m. And the worst part of all are the rooms on the first floor behind the bar and next to the social area behind the beach. Although they have no windows (which makes you feel like you're in a prison), they aren't soundproofed, so you hear the noise from the bar and social area until the early hours of the morning, a situation we experienced on our first night. However, once we complained to reception, we were moved to another room where we were able to rest comfortably. They should also add clotheslines in the bathroom. And if you're not one of those who takes cold showers, it's important to know that they don't have hot water. In conclusion, it's a good hotel that could become excellent, improving its approach and definitely eliminating those windowless rooms that look more like prison cells."

The hotel staff are very careful, they have taken care of all requests made to them regarding accommodation and problems they have raised with regard to accommodation services. The hotel was very comfortable and the hotel was very comfortable.
