Sotetsu Fresa Inn Tokyo Kanda

Tokyo Station/Nihonbashi
Booked and stayed 8 nights, what I can tell you is the location is perfect and close to restaurants, convenient store and train station. the lobby had a machine where you can self-checkin despite midnight checkin, we arrived around midnight and used the machine to check-in. I believe only this hotel had this features where i am looking for midnight checkin hotel. Commenting on the room, it rather smaller than i expect, perfectly fit for 2 people, but if you are with big luggage, do not expect big hallway and spacious movement. Very compact for short stay, not more than that. Cleanliness is acceptable, had a laundry room and ice machine, my wife was so happy about it. Lovely and helpful staff, you can also use the luggage transport to move your luggage to another hotel.

Suidobashi/Tokyo Dome
Cheaper compared to other hotels in Tokyo. The room is super tiny. Struggled to open my large luggage properly. But I only slept in the room. Was out during day. The location is great and so many free amenities like mask, bath powder, moisturiser etc
Sotetsu Fresa Inn Ueno-Okachimachi

Ueno/Asakusa
Location is the best, though room size is small, breakfast is set type with 3 similar options, facilities are basic, yet the hotel is considerably good value for money as it is a short walking distance to metro/jr, keisei line to/from Narita airport and lots of good shopping everything you need from Tokyo, they are all in 5 mins walk. Self check in & out with assistance from staff convenient & fast. This hotel is in cooperation with same-day luggage delivery agency, making travelling to & from airport is lighter & more convenient at very reasonable rate.

We are group of family and really enjoying our stay at Sotetsu Fresa Inn. The staf were nice and helpful, the room is very clean and comfortable, lots of ameneties, great morning breakfast and the location is near Kayabocho metro subway station. There is some restaurant, cafe and convenient store near the hotel. During our stay, i've lost one of the room card, immedietly i came to the reception and they replace it with the new room card with no charge at all. Overall very satisfied staying at this hotel.

The hotel is located in a remote area. It is not recommended for tourism. You have to take a car to go anywhere, and transportation in Japan is expensive. I left my electronic products in the room. We checked out at 9 o'clock and returned to get the luggage at more than 11 o'clock. The hotel did not inform me of the forgotten items in the room. They did not call me when they found it (they also asked us to fill in the phone number when we checked in). When I arrived in Kyoto and found it, I called the hotel to arrange for express delivery. So, if you don't look for it, no one will care about you! This is not as good as Chinese hotels. Chinese hotels will notify you of the forgotten items in the room as soon as possible. Bad review!

This a nice hotel about a 10 minute walk from Tokyo Station. Get off the bullet train and your a short walk to the hotel so you can relax. The rooms are small but this is Tokyo and if you are not Mr money bags and can’t afford the Hilton, this a good place to stay on your way to other cities or if you are on your way back before flying home. You can easily walk back to Tokyo Station to catch the train or bus to Narita. I suggest the bus since it is half the price of the Narita Express and takes about the same time. A bonus is you catch the bus out front and don’t have to deal with confusing train stations. If you purchase the breakfast option be warned that it is very Japanese and not Westernized by any stretch of the imagination.
